Is anyone else having issues placing an order on RSC? I keep getting an error message that reads "ERROR: Detected violation of system check 4. Please contact us at 1-866-993-3448 for assistance."

Aren't they off on the weekends? Wouldnt matter if they are off or not. You can still place an order through them even late at night, holidays, when no one is there really. I never ever got that msg from them and i been ordering from them every month for the past 3 years straight. Even before that I ordered from them 12 years ago and never had trouble. Sounds to me like your putting in the wrong card number, or maybe you clicked Visa instead of Mastercard or vica versa, maybe you didnt put the CVC Number in on the back of the card. Idk sounds like a problem lke that to me. Even if you didnt have money on your card it would just say its declined, it wouldnt give me that msg. So yeah, i would just call them tomorrow morning and talk to someone or send them an email. If you email them now, they will probably respond by the afternoon tomorrow.

I tried using PayPal AND my credit card...still won't work. I just tried to order my Kane figure. I'm really not meant to have this figure
