Does anyone know how to fix? My recently bought basic JTG has both the shoulders loose.

Sadly there really is no known way to fix loose arms except by switching the entire torso by cracking it.

I know of two ways.
1. This might not work for everyone since they might not have them but when i had braces i used to get these little bags of clear rubber bands and what i do is i just slide them up the arm and into the joint then just keep adding more until it gets slightly stiff. This will also work with regular black rubber bands that are used for hair i suppose although it may take a few more due to the size.
2. You can wrap fishing wire around the joint until it becomes stiff and then just cut off the remainder of string with scissors and you're good to go.
Hope this helps.

Will the shoulder still be able move? I may try this because cracking a torso is to complicated.

I find with some figures that the shoulder will be too stiff, and in trying to move it I think I'm going to break off the peg that joins the arm to the shoulder. But then when I do get it moving, the arm joint is really weak. The first instance of this I remember is Randy Orton in series 3, and it just happened to me a couple days ago with series 19 Kofi. It sucks that so many of the figures have either loose or stiff joints still. It's rare to find one that has joints that are just right.

Put a piece of paper in the joint.

I heard a crack when I moved it and then it got loose.
