This answer was awful: "1) We set the casepacks based on supply and demand and we're the first to admit it's an art rather than a science. For most Elite series we do two different casepacks - one with the short packed figure and one without. From there it gets tough since sometimes the casepack with the "rare" figure doesn't get shipped to any stores in a particular region, and this is something we have no control over. We do know that, on a national level, the rare figures sell proportionally to how we produce them (meaning in general it takes a Flashback just as long to sell out nationally as John Cena). But we understand that in some places these figures are incredibly hard to find. That's why we're trying to make them available online wherever we can." Really? REALLY? Have you been to TRU lately and seen the shelves flooded with Cenas? Have you seen the Orton pegwarmers at Target? Have you seen the Reys that have been sitting around for months? Have you heard the endless cries for better distribution and case packs? Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt your "art" work. Bravo, Matty Picasso. I was the one who asked this question. You can tell because like my posts here, the questions I ask are long too LOL. I actually don't mind this answer Mattel gave but it is apparently a national problem and not just a "my area" problem. I mean look at the TRU COO Triple H promotion. If distribution and overflodding of Cena, Rey, and Orton weren't such a problem then why has the promotion been extended. Obviously Mattel produced a lot of COO Triple H, yet orders aren't getting filled. To me this means it is a larger problem than just a few TRUs not getting in any good stuff. I would actually have no problem buying 3 Cenas at $6.99 each but the Cenas at my TRU don't qualify so how do those sell in the same amount of time as a FB?... I think not. Sure, some luckly ppl do get a plethera of figures that will pegwarm eventually. However, Mattel needs to realize that the numbers for FB/Legends sales are skewed thanks to big retail for shipping 1000 cases to 2 Walmarts in one region and None in another. It isn't fair to say some of these figures are easily/widely available when all my Walmart stocks are the revision cases. I think Mattel's needs to rethink their "art" and stop making revision cases. There is nothing more disturbing to me than going into a store, and having to guess if FBs were there or not. At least if ALL CASES WERE PACKED EVENLY I would only have myself to blame for snoozing and losing. Hopfully Mankind won't be too hard to find IF my area gets E17 because that is another issue that Mattel needs to recognize... not all areas get every series of Basics and Elites.

I checked the two most obvious spots, MattelShop and Mattycollector but didn't see anything of interest. BTW, right now MattelShop has E14 ADR listed at $29.99 (I know it must be a glitch). Picasso, lol. Mattel is more like that old lady who F'd up that Jesus painting in Spain.

Wow. Mattel still can't admit they are wrong about the overproduction of Cenas Reys etc. How can they think we are so stupid that we will believe that it takes just as long for a Cena to sell out as it does a FB.
At this point idc if the Flashback is a B Brian Blair or a Hillbilly Jim. I feel it would still sell twice as much as any random repainted Rey.

If/when they make HTM, I would like a jumpsuit AND guitar. Problem is, they said that the price of cloth goods is going up; yet E18 Brodus comes in full jumpsuit, and E19 Liz's dress is cloth. So we might be able to get both a cloth jumpsuit and a guitar.

The flashback legend confirmed for mid 2013 is HTM. Honky said so in one of his shoots that he signed a deal with mattel for the figure.

Guys, give it a rest with the Legends line. I've said numerous times, I love the Legends line but the time has come to let it go. All of the wrestlers listed above ALL have MULTIPLE figures released in various sets. Junk Yard Dog- LJN, Jakks Big John Studd- LJN, Jakks Honky Tonk Man- LJN, Hasbro, Jakks Greg The Hammer Valentine- LJN, Hasbro, Jakks Jim The Anvil Niedhart- LJN, Hasbro, Jakks Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake- LJN, Hasbro, Jakks KoKo B.Ware- LJN, Hasbro, Jakks We already have these figures in our collection for the "nostalgic" purposes. Lets get the guys who haven't had a chance to get a figure made yet taken care of first! Like who? What other big names (or even medium names) are left? I really don't think anybody considers an LJN or Hasbro figure as being in the same category as Jakks, and Mattel is a further step up.

Some good answers Honky Tonk could be a really good figure with jumpsuit and guitar. He has been one of my most wanted.
Lesnar going to be 2 per case in elite, but it won't shelf warm like all the other 2 per case elites.

sounds like they're working on a Tamina. Which kinda makes sense. They haven't gotten to her yet.
She was also getting a decent push at the beginning of the year.

Q--"It sucked that the Defining Moments were canceled. Who were the guys that mattel was planing to make in series 6? If anyone" A--"Interestingly, Cena and Hart were actually wave 6. We cancelled wave 5, which was Randy Savage from WrestleMania 3 and Rey Mysterio from the Bash 2009. Now you know..."
Son of a B that would have been great.

HTM told me a mon th ago on FB his figures "on hold" and yea other answers point to HTM and I think Crush was hinted at in an answer before too Heres the question at hand, IF.... you could only pick one, Which Honky Tonk Man Accessorie would you want? Jumpsuit or Guitar? I Would love a Breakable Guitar but I'd also Love a Red Jumpsuit with Detail I would have to go with a jump suit! Either the light blue one or the red one.

That Macho with the robe and title would have been epic.

Cool to hear that will be getting 4 B.A.F lines next year. Since they said sping will be BOPPV, I'm guessing fall will be Wrestlemanmia 29. I actually like the BOPPV concept. We can get some awesome attires from the PPV.
