Hey, i just purchased a Mattel Yokozuna online. I'm curious as to if the skin tones for the Classic and Elite versions are similar and if anyone has swapped them. Thx in advance!

Why would u be compelled to ruin a Mattel figure with a Jakks head lol
(ps not hating on Jakks I love them and have both yokos, but matters is better)

I got two Mattel Yokos and I was thinking about doing this. I actually don't like doing Mattel-Jakks headswaps unless I have at least doubles. I only have one Jakks and have been too lazy to dig it out to at least test if it looks good. I was hoping someone on here would try it and post pictures, lol.
I thought the Jakks was better but maybe it's because I haven't looked at it in ages. I think Mattel's sculpt looks too old.
**edit** I'm comparing real Yoko pics, Jakks pics and my Mattel. I think I'll forget about swapping. Mattel wins.

I remember seeing them side by side somewhere and i think jakks was larger mattel head was kinda small but i did like mattel better

So you are trying to make the Jakks Yoko perfect? the Mattel Yoko sucks by comparison. The only good things about it are the head and the tassles.

I would like to see the Mattel Yoko head on the Jakks Yoko body. The vast majority of my collection is RA style so I want to keep the RA Yoko body (regardless of which is "better") but I think the Mattel Yoko headscan is a better likeness so I was thinking about switching the heads. So I second this request

I'd also like to know this, mainly because I hate the CS head since it's so small (fingers crossed the mattel head is larger & color wise similiar).

I just bought myself a YOKO as well. I'm not sure how I feel about the headscan. It seems as it it might be a sign of a dreaded "balloon head" trend starting.
Maybe its just me who knows.
My Yoko is up for trade though if anyone is interested.
