COO Triple H Shipping Problem

How long has it taken to receive the COO HHH since receiving the email that it has been shipped? It has already been 15 business day for me and I have not received it yet. I email Mattel and they told to email them back after 14 business day has passed. I sent them an email and have not heard back yet. There is no tracking so they can't tell me where the package is. The strange thing is that I already received my first COO HHH couple of weeks ago. I send them like 4 days apart so I should have received it by now. Will see what they say now.

This is the process. I sent my receipts and UPCs on 7/27. On the same day, I paid by credit card. As soon as I paid by CC on their site, I received this email:


The package was received by Mattel on 7/30, but it went into processing and I received this email on 8/8:

Mine still says pending but when I contacted Mattel they said it was processed on the 9th, and has shipped. But when I check status it still says pending. I got the second processing email but status has not changed but rep assured it has been done. Wierd.

It took me eight days total from the time I mailed out the order form until they arrived at my doorstep. I mailed it out on a Friday and then I received it on Saturday the following week.Once the USPS picked it up from them it took one or two days to arrive.

I just ordered mine off the bay. A lot simpler for me as my TRU never has ANYTHING.

I sent mine in about 10 days ago. They have received it and has been processing for a week or so.

maybe the early adopters were processed quickly and ours are taking longer as more and more are being sent it in. only thing i can think of.

That's the same thing I was thinking. Hopefully I'll receive them before Mid- September. I need it for a BDay Gift.

sent my stuff in on the second... got my email about them getting my stuff... got the second email about them processing.. havent gotten the shipping email yet...

I filled the Mattel online form on 8/6/12, sent it out 2 days later, and still haven't received another email about them receiving my UPC/Receipts.
I just called Mattel, and the nice lady said that there wasn't any new activity on it yet. She also told me that the orders are processed in the order that they are received. I'm guessing that there's been a lot of new requests since the first couple lucky batches that we WF members have received. Hopefully there is no problem, my USPS has been known to mess and lose mail/packages. Wish my luck.
