So I orderd on Tuesday Elite 16 Punk, Zeke, Orton, Rock, Slather, Basic 22 Swagger, NWO Macho Man, P&B Bret, Twist of Hate Pach and DI 7 set. And I still did not get a shipping notice. I looke a few times and all items are In stock. I have Elite 17 along with Booker T Basic 22 coming in early September. I hope they will not send all the stuff Early September. These are two different orders, one I placed on Tuesday and the other one back when Elite 17 was up for pre order. I also have not seen any pics of DI 7 or BP 18, but on Ringside they are in stock. Hope someone can help me!

If it is separate orders then they will arrive at separate times. There are pics of those lines on their website...and I posted pics of my BP18 HHH/Punk last Monday as have others. I'm sure you'll receive a sbipping notice in a day or two. Just because it was placed Tuesday doesn't mean it shipped then. Orders are filled on the order they are received in and depending how long it takes your payment to clear it could take a few days.

Best thing you can do is to write an email to their Customer Service tomorrow at:
cs@ringsidecollectibles.net
Could be that there is a delay or such.

Usually, whenever items are ordered that are already in stock, they take a few days to ship out. If you Pre - Order something, they ship things out as soon as they come in. I have ordered things that have been in stock for a few weeks and usually don't get it until about a week later, yet if I pre- order something, I get it the next day.

It seems like sometimes they don't send shipping notices. I placed 3 orders last Sunday, one of them with in stock items. I thought it was odd that by Tuesday I hadn't received a shipping notice. I looked on their site and it said it could take up to a week. Well, I looked out my door Friday afternoon and there was my package, shipped Priority mail. So, don't worry too much about it. RSC is the best place to buy. If you are even a little concerned, contact them and you will hear back within a day at the latest.

if it helps, I haven't been receiving shipping notices from RSC in awhile but my items were shipped and arrived on time. Yeah, I've haven't gotten any since 2010. All the stuff shows up quickly though. |
