UPDATE 7/23/2012: Picked up another Gold Sin Cara ------------------------------------------------------------------
Got another Gold Sin Cara today! Last time I found one, I got a flood of PMs from some of you guys, so when I came across this one today I figured I'd pick it up and another user of these boards and I could help eachother out!
If you are in need of him see my want page and PM me.

Nice finds, but I don't understand people who buy to trade or sell. if its gonna make you 15-20 more then maybe, but other than that I just don't get it.

Nice pick ups. Nice finds, but I don't understand people who buy to trade or sell. if its gonna make you 15-20 more then maybe, but other than that I just don't get it. Same here, most who sell there recent finds roughly make the same amount if not less the retail value. Trade I do see as somewhat acceptable as someone might need you to pick up a certain figure that isn't available in there region for a trade.

It's really only worth it unless you hang on to the figures for a long time or you find them before everyone else and no one can find them. Other than that, it's typically not worth it. But if you're trading them 1 for 1, it can work out for everyone involved.

The logic everyone is using here works perfectly with scalping. It has a small window of the figure that is being scalped being worth anything. But by the time that the figures reach the East coast where I live, the stuff is going for a loss on Ebay. Even if it's a few bucks over retail when it sells, Ebay has a final value fee taken out of both the item and its shipping, and PayPal hits you with a fee. Couple that with the driving time and you suddenly don't have any reason to be scalping the toy. I remember Big Bossman recently dipping on Ebay to around 20-25 dollars, which by my example means you are pretty much breaking even. It just makes it hard for everyone else to get something. But, that being said, if this is the mustard Sin Cara, I wouldn't mind having it...

I just traded it for Legends Roadwarriot Hawk, Legends Superfly, Elite Jercho (blue varient), and Elite David Hart Smith. Turns out after doing some research that it is in fact a gold Sin Cara though. I would make that trade everyday. Were those MOC?

I find it funny how people trade so much stuff for something that is on Rsc and can be found in stores easily. A gold Sin Cara cant be found in any store easily, dude. Well, maybe in your area...
