They usually do them at comic con and toyfair and such. For awhile every few weeks they were doing them here and then they received a lot of bad responses for not saying much and not saying what people want to here so they haven't done one in awhile. Sometimes they answer questions on the mattycollector forum but that could take a month or so and they don't answer everything.
I know Mattel is probably waiting until comic con to reveal most of their stuff but one question I'd like to know is why Mattel said that the winged eagle title would have a blue globe from now on but Diesel has the black globe still. There is nothing worse than when a company says one thing and does the other.

They still answer questions in threads, so they are definitely around. But yeah, I would guess the Q&As are now limited to events like Toy Fair, SDCC, and Ringside Fest due to them having to defend themselves. There have been some people who have made some very fair complaints imo, the knee pad thing on guys with kickers being one that stands out, but they also get attacked for no reason over stuff that is just common sense, which ruins it for everyone. I miss that little stretch when we did get monthly Q&As from them though, as some insight is better than no insight imo.

I understand plans change but it's unfortunate to get people excited for something and then not deliver. Hopefully that isn't the case and they are just waiting for the right time.
