so I ordered a defining moments ultimate warrior, exl macho king and heritage taker(figured 4.99 is a great deal) and I get my package today and the taker is missing. I got charged for the figure though. Mistakes happen I understand but hopefully they can make it right and ship me the figure that I paid for.

Just contact their customer service and you should get your figure with proof you purchased it. Their customer service is really good and should get back to you fast.

there customer service is very good they'll send you the figure. It was probably just a mistake

You'll need proof though. I'm not saying this didn't happen, but anyone can say they are missing a figure and try to get another one.
Not saying you'd do this, but I heard of people doing this before.

Actually it was more than 4.99 if you include shipping but hope you get that Taker, its a great figure I like it!

Well I don't think anyone can prove that they didint receive something but if they keep track of their inventory levels they could see that they have an extra figure. Thatsa if they keep track of inventory vs what's sold. If I was going to lie it sure as hell would not be on a 5 dollar figure. I am confidant they will fix the problem if not I will dispute the charge with my credit card company
