IMO, jakks has classics line AND better kneepads.
damn those legsleeves of death. [shakes fist]
other than that mattel EASILY takes the victory.
the major thing i think was in the articulation dept.

I do wish Mattel would up the paint quality at times. The yellow lines on my Raw Supershow CM Punk's boots look awful. Need another coat at least, and they don't line up properly.

What I miss the most is walking into a retail store and actually finding what I'm looking for. It happened all the time with Jakks. Very rarely does it ever happen with Mattel.

Any figures came with weapons and things. Also the classic Superstars Mattel only makes popular legends (besides Hulk Sting and Flair) like Zeus and the Mounti (think that was his name)

Availabilty, price and extras like weapons, announcers, accessories etc.
Also outfits, sometimes I think Mattel miss the mark on the outfits they choose.
