There are many of scans I thought really hit it on the button. I'd have to say Jakks' first Goldberg scan was dead on and since I am using that scan on a few Mattel customs at the moment, it's sort of imbedded in my mind.
As for Mattel, I'd have to say the Hurricane as well as it's such a great scan. I was glad to find a few of those well after he was released. Great figure all in all.

Jakks: Finishing Moves Hogan is really underrated.
Mattel: As far as scans and not sculpts, E11 CM Punk completely nailed it. One of Mattel's best yet.
