I think a great way to get Arn & Tully to move would be to pack them with WWF Tag Team belts...this would likely result in hundreds of auctions for loose Brainbusters with no accessories.

This is definitely what needs to be done. Give them belts and jackets, and these will easily sell. However, Mattel needs to start having more strategic cases. Say the next set is Bret Hart, Tully Blanchard, Arn Anderson, and DDP. Make Bret 2 per case, DDP 2 per case, and both of the Brain Busters 1 per case. That way the cases will actually sell out, rather than sitting on pegs forever

Looks real...like another real shelf warmer...c'mon mattel weres Bret hart, diesel, razor Ramon, 90's HBK and such n such couldn't agree more. AA is great and all but he's gonna sell as well as Funker and we all know how that turned out.

Wasn't the Jakks Arn Anderson a shelfwarmer too? I didn't follow the CS series closely and only bought them here and there... but I bought Arn Anderson for 3 bucks at FYE. lol.

looks like a decent headscan. always thought the Jakks CS head was a little off.
looking forward to seeing the final product. thanks for posting.
again though, i wish Mattel would concentrate more on guys who Jakks didn't make in CS...

I like the headsculpt, but if they do release an AA I hope its not with that skinny body. i was just thinking the same I hope that body is just a placeholder like how they used Mark Henry for Bam Bam's jacket. That looks worse than my Jakks Arn head on a Hacksaw body. I'm a little surprise by Mattel. I didn't expect an Arn especially since the Jakks version didn't exactly fly off the shelves. But I would be happy to get one.

I dunno. The head looks just like the Jakks head to me. Almost like its a prototype Jakks head (or painted) on a prototype Mattel body. Id be curious, but I hope Arn and Tully Both are true.

It is not the most exciting figure and it should def be 1 per case or 1 per every other case.

I saw this and wanted to post but thought we weren't allowed to discuss these items on here. Does this not fall into that basket?
Same seller had another proto up last week that was Rick Martel body and accessories but the head wasn't the same Martel that was released. May have been earlier bigger mold but it defo looked different.

well for my own selfish reasons I'm all over most 80s/early 90s wrestlers. Arn Anderson is a deserving Legend in the industry and even if he's a peg-warmer, I'm half way to a complete set of Horsemen (custom Flair)

YES! Arn!! But like you guys said, definitely needs bigger parts. I was actually just thinking last night about Arn and how none of the torsos really work for him. Maybe the Volkoff torso, but that one feels too fat and the one like in the test shot is too skinny. Something between those two would be great. again though, i wish Mattel would concentrate more on guys who Jakks didn't make in CS... Terrible idea, especially considering that Jakks made pretty much everyone worth making. Mattel should pay absolutely no attention to what Jakks did.

True I agree 100 percent but I wonder if the tornado sold out so quick because the jakks collectors bought him too, I think Hercules and Dino Bravo would be good for that too

His head kinda looks like Obi Wan Kenobi lol. OH, why is his head pink, his torso black, his trunks blue, his knee pads red, and his boots black? Did he really wear mismatching clothes?
