I'm posting this since I'm really pi**ed off at Orange. I need to leave them cos I've now got a contract with O2, which means I need my PAC code from Orange. Calling them requires credit just to receive it, except I didn't even get through to anyone since they said "We are experiencing an abnormal amount of calls and are currently trying to answer them all", which is absolute BS. All they do is put me on hold, listening to some god-awful music and still charge me while I wait. That caused my remaining credit to run out, and now I have to spend more just to get through to a human being, giving them one last grab of my money.
I am now on £0.00 credit, and don't know how much I'll need to call them again and sort this out
Anyway rant over. Any of you have some tips I could use would be much appreciated. I've never done this before and need help

I lost my Orange phone (which had £70 in the phone fund) and because they denied me credit for a contract, I had to go to Vodafone. Pretty much done with Orange now.
Lost my £70. Not happy.

Yeah, since I switched to Orange I've not been able to get onto Twitter on my phone. I've had the problem for months, but I know how bad their support is, so I'm just leaving it.

ing hate Orange. I had a £15 a month contract which I couldn't go over because it was unlimited texts and internet. I kept getting bills for £32 which was obviously not what I signed up for. I paid the first few not thinking anything of it then I got sick of it. I told Orange about this and they never explained in any great detail why my bill was £32. I rang them up to say I was cancelling my contract because of this whole carry on, the man on the phone said that was fine and no cancellation charges needed to be paid. So I cancelled the direct debit and I got a letter saying my sim had been blocked because of this. I thought nothing more of it until 4 months later I got a bill for the remainder of the contract, something like £340. I rang them and explained I wasn't paying for a service I wasn't recieving. Now every few months I get a letter saying I owe £340 and Orange have given me a bad credit rating because I refuse to pay it. Because of this, the only company I could get a phone contract through was Vodafone. Luckily no such carry on has happened with these and I'm happy with the current contract. Orange are a bunch of cowboys.
