I've found an interesting website called Wrestling Tidbits, which has old articles from Herb Kunze's Wrestling Tidbits newsletters. He usually fails at his predictions, but sometimes he hits a goldmine. It's just weird reading that the IWC hated Hogan even in 1990. rspw.org/tidbits/Some odd tidbits from the Tidbits: Also, he seems to have a hatred of the Junkyard Dog.

Wow. Nice Find.
WrestleMania X rumor: "At a taping that airs post-WrestleMania, Lex Luger was filmed wearing the belt and was announced as new WWF champion, so it's expected he will come out as champ."

"Through the magic of video tape technology however, I can pour over the match in a little more detail and perhaps see things that bothered me which I may not have realized while watching it the first time. First off, the match went for about 23 minutes; of that time, about 9 minutes was actual wrestling time. That is the big problem with the match. It was kind of eerie watching a match again and realizing that Hogan (!) was carrying the match, working the spots. The Warrior was pitiful! I swear that he missed every non-simple move he did. Not one clothesline looked good - yet Hogan did a great job selling them. Whenever Warrior got tired - about every 2 or 3 minutes - Hogan initiated a rest spot or something to stall for time. There is no way that the Warrior will have any reasonable length of title reign. Even Randy Savage will have trouble making him look competent. But then, I'm a wrestling fan."

It's interesting how Undertaker gets crap-talked as such a bad worker. How things change.

Wow. Nice Find. WrestleMania X rumor: "At a taping that airs post-WrestleMania, Lex Luger was filmed wearing the belt and was announced as new WWF champion, so it's expected he will come out as champ." He was supposed to win the title at X, but he blabbed to a reporter that he was going to win and they decided to punish him for it so Bret got the belt instead.
