OK, here's the deal: a friend of mine recently got the Mattel ESR, which I myself hope to land on Saturday. When he got it, one of the turnbuckle's was missing. Being that he ordered it off of Amazon, should he still contact Ringside about this or not? Same with Amazon. And I'm FULLY AWARE it's a little early, but, Merry Christmas!!!

He should contact Mattel and tell them, hopefully they'd send out the missing piece.

Yeah, contact Mattel and they'll let you know if there are any replacement parts available.
