I was at K Mart today and saw a new WWE t-shirt with some legends on it, Slaughter, Steamboat, Roberts, Jimmy Hart, and Papa Shango. All have figures except Hart and Shango so I would assume we can expect these two figures soon. Also they had a cool Andre the Giant shirt as well. This is my first post but I have been coming to this board forever. I am a major collector!

The shirts were made by the wwe and not mattel so its not for sure yet. But im sure we will see a hart soon. Shango on the other hand could be a little while but his Jakks figure was extremely popular so there is always a chance they might put him out soon as well since his figure sold so well in the past.

True, the shirts were made by the WWE but there not gonna put someone on their new shirt that is not on good terms. I'm sure a licensing deal has been made and Mattel is a part of it.

I agree Papa Shango/Kama/Godfather is on good terms with the WWE and everything and he signed a legends deal quite a while ago so they can make figures of his characters but i was just saying it might be quite a ways away before he is made like 1-3 years as there are a lot of characters that they probably have lined up already. But he also may very well be made in one of the upcoming Legends lines as it is all just speculation until Mattel confirms it.

Any pictures of this shirt? I've looked around, can't find it.

I am probably going to get hate for this but I would rather have a Shango or Godfather than the Von Erichs. I have no need for them and Shango or Godfather have more apeal to me and I am sure they will have more appeal to the majority of peeps in store. If I was a kid I would want shango more than Mr wonderfull or the von erichs. I dont see why we dont get figures that everybody is wanting to buy, rather than guys that only collectors are after.

As much as I would want a Godfather figure, the person on the shirt you saw was probably Kamala.

If you think I don't know the difference between Papa Shango and Kamala then? ??I've been collecting wrestling figures since WWF LJN series 1. With this event at K-Mart I surprised that I was the only one that noticed this and thought it was interesting enough to warrant a post.

I saw that in the Kmart flyer. Papa Shango is a weird choice for a legend on a t-shirt, but the shirt should of been in men's sizes too, not just kids.

The only thing I know about you is that your username is bobthebutcher and that you have 9 posts. Relax. You don't have to prove your extensive knowledge of wrestling because you've been collecting since "WWF LJN series1." With the outrageous posts that show up on here each day, it wouldn't be an outlandish assumption that someone did screw up Kamala and Papa Shango. Both are black and where white face paint.

Thanks, I know my title is jobber and I did just joined the forum today so I felt I had to defend my jobber title with the fact I have been collecting for many many years. You however are a Main Eventer so if you ever want to have a match I would be honored.
