Not sure if this has been reported or not but i worked and indy show last nite with the Honky Tonk Man and as we where talking about the business i asked him if he was contacted by Mattel at all for a Legends Figure. He said yes and that since Jakks did figures of him in his Blue,White & Black Jump suite he told me that his Mattel Figure will have the Red Jump suite and that it should be out by later this year. I would like to see the other Jump suites maybe in a 2 pack with Warrior

Yeah, I actually liked Jakks' HTM, so Mattel's should be really awesome.

I dont trust a word HTM says. I know what you mean given who he is. I met him at an indy show awhile back myself but it's also posted on his website that he signed a deal with Mattel.

Great news! I hope to see a proper Rhythm & Blues 2-pack with Greg Valentine down the line.

Can't wait for this. A Honky in Red would be nice.

And it should even mean a new torso! He had pretty much the same physique as Matt Hardy. The Elite 2 Hardy torso would work for Honky.

Hmm, which torso does Matt Hardy use? He's one of the few Elites I don't have (waiting for one with baggy pants). I was hoping for a new flabbier torso that could be used for him and Tully Blanchard, but maybe one already exists.
I just don't want to see him use the standard cruiserweight torso like Cody Rhodes and Chris Jericho use
EDIT: Just watched WFigs video review of him. I think Honky was a little big thicker, but if he used that same torso I wouldn't complain.

I think that torso actually works better for Honky than it does for Hardy, who should really have the Dusty Rhodes torso.

Now all we need is a Jimmy Hart figure! How epic would that figure be?
