A toy collector friend of mine called me on Tuesday, telling me he was in Florence, SC (about 100 miles from me) at a K-Mart where he saw literally 5 boxes of HOF figs, so yesterday-I went to my local K-Mart here in Columbia and found them all...but only wanted these:    The last photo shows the HOF Plaque....very disappointed in this as it is simply a small, thin piece of paper-not like the plaque which came in the Jakks Ric Flair CSDA pack.
The other figs were: Ricky Steamboat, Sgt. Slaughter, Dusty Rhodes and Superfly Snuka. All of the figs come with the same accessories as in the original, however they are positioned differently in the card.....the only addition is the HOF "plaque" and some colors on the packaging.

Thank you for posting this. I am a loose collector and have all the Legends, but i was going to buy these to get the plaques. I Will Not be buying them now if the plaques are just a piece of paper. In my opinion this is Mattels first fail. All the realism and detail for the Elite style figures, and they make the HOF plaque out of paper. Which is OK, Mattel is still the best. and Im sure it would have been costly to make an actual plaque accessory with everyones different name on each one. But it is kind of a let down. I wanted a little plaque accessory. But it looks good MOC. all your pics of them on card look really good. Nice finds man. and thanks again for the info and the pics  |

It's a shame they didn't just make the plaque gold part a sticker and it be stuck to a plastic plaque wood frame.
