Hey guys!
Over the past few years, I have been having really freaky dreams.
Just last night, I had a dream about five guys killing me in my own garden.
Four of them pinned me to the ground, and one began to stab me with things he found around the garden.
I know ususally in a dream things don't hurt, but in this one, they did. It was so sore and I could feel myself about to pass away. I was weak.
I tried stretching my eyes really wide to try and open them and awake, but it didnt work. I also tryed reasoning with the villains, but this did not work, either.
Has anyone else experienced this? And does anyone know how to get out of them?
Thanks, XWF ;D

Well, once I realize it's a dream I always have a special way in a dream to wake up, I get a chill through my body as in to say "You are fine to wake up now." and then I can just clench my eyes to wake up.
I know how it feels to actually feel pain in dreams, and when you are having a street fight dream, it's something you need to avoid somehow.
And yes, I have had multiple dreams about falling and suddenly waking up. One time I was having a dream and I was on this flat surface that was in a round shape but SO high up, and my two best friends were hanging so I helped them up, but the might of the pull throwed me back and now I was hanging, they said to each other "He's joking" and I said i'm really not and they said "Let go and grab my hand" so I did, but when I went to grab he pulled his hand back and I was falling for a few seconds and I felt my skin rip from the ground, but only like a graze and before I could hit entirely I woke up.

Apparently sometimes the falling dreams can be signs of death, you can sometimes have it occasionally, but if you have it over and over again, Eventually you WILL hit the ground and your heart will stop beating. So in other words, you hit the ground you die ;P

Have you ever had a dream were you were falling from a high height and instantly woke up in shock? Back in my old house i had a dream that i was at the top of my basement steps and the first step broke without me even knowing and i fell and was hanging onto the step below it and slipped and boom i was falling and man did i wake up in so much shockj it wasnt even funny, . I actually have a re-occurring nightmare like this! In my old house(I lived there when I was young like 1-8) and we had this tree in our front yard that we eventually cut down but I liked to climb it but had this insane fear off falling off it. Anyways, in the dream I climb up to the top and when I fall before I hit the ground it goes black and sometimes starts over again. Really freaky.

There's been several times where I've woken up from a dream crying, but I've never felt physical pain because of a dream.

Have you ever had a dream, where it seemed like you were paralyzed. Like you would try to move your arm but it just wouldn't budge.
But, I haven't had a violent dream in a while. Maybe years.

I had a dream I was shot in the head twice by some maniac. The first time I just hit the ground but somehow I was still breathing then the second shot woke me up and I was shaken. That was months ago and I still remember it. ing scary man. The worst part about that dream is I just couldn't wake up until the second shot, hell I felt myself trying to open my eyes but couldn't.

When I was getting stabbed in the dream, I could feel the object going through me and coming out. But I just couldn't do anything about it. It was so scary. XWF

Thanks, XWF ;D looks like you're in the late stages of becoming a sleep walker / dreamer. it happend to my brother, first he'd have really strong dreams, and he'd wake up in the night nearly crying. then back about 3 years ago, he was dreaming but being awake, seeing things that wasn't there, one time "he crashed a bike and smashed his head open" he was pointing to the pillow and crying "my head, my head, look at the blood!" there have been some cases where people have died because of sleep walking, they get up and fight imaginary monsters etc etc you should go to the doctor if possible. ---------------------------------- The closest I've come to feeling pain in a dream is when i was in one of those Half awake half asleep paradoxes, when you're in limbo between reality and dreamland, this guy was coming at me with a knife and for some reason i couldn't run, but I had the feeling that I was dreaming, I didn't know what to do, this guy was coming at me I was going to die, so I punched him in the face, of course it was a dream and I split my knuckle on the wall.

So I could die? I haven't been sleep walking at all, just having the occasional bad dream. Is that how your brother started off (please say no)? XWF ;D PS: Almost time for me to go to bed, and I'm near wetting myself!

A long time ago, I had a dream that somebody had a gun pointed at my head in an alley at night time, and was threatening to shoot. I remember in the dream being really scared, and crying and sweating a lot. Then right as the guy pulled the trigger, I opened my eyes. When I woke up, I was sweating like crazy, and had a tear running down my face. ing freaked me out. I found out later, the sweating was from the ac going out in my house. lol. Still freaky regardless...

Sometimes, when I'm trying to fall asleep, I have these really quick dreams. It's just right when you lose consciousness, you feel like you just really quickly fall like through the bed or off the side. And you wake up right before you hit, scared ing sh*tless. They are only like a second long. Does anyone else have these?

Right when you fall asleep you feel like your falling and wake up in a panic almost. It started when I got my new bed and sheets in my room. Finally it stopped after months of occurring on and off. It hasn't happened since but I still know the exact feeling. Its creepy of what our imagination can make us feel.
