Certainly not a letdown! Not only were we surprised with the first official reveal of the Legends line, but Mattel had TWO assortments to show us! Everything looks fantastic, with the level of detail and articulation that we should expect from a collector driven line.
I am looking forward to everything Mattel has to offer wrestling fans. They have buried the competition.

It was to an extent. I was expecting to see more prototypes for future Basic, Two-Packs & Elite series'. It was still good to see the unvailing of the Legends line, even though I don't plan on collecting them.

Most of the tna figures looked worse then before only acception was styles. I wanted too see the deluxe impact superstars of wrestling line. However it appears they won't be in that style. I love the steamboat and legends packaging from mattel though. However accept for Funk no mattels I am interested in. I was hoping for elite series 4 prototypes. Or even more basic protos. I was hoping for a six sides of steel real scale ring. Instead we saw a 4 sided tna ring. Jakks was a major let down. Mattel was a hit with legends but not modern. So 4 out of 5 sections were letdowns.

We've grown accustomed to seeing and hearing a lot more, so yes, you have to classify this as letdown.

Not at all, I think people are expecting way too much. Agreed. I didn't really like the Classic figures shown at TF but come on. They are putting effort into the figures and they are producing a Legends line. The older figures there looked like prototypes and the display was most likely put together months ago when the stuff was sitting in wear houses, not due out for a few months. I think what people wanted to see was figures of Savage, Andre, Flair and Hogan.

No not at all, I was hoping they'd announce an Elite Scale Ring, but at least we got to see how awesome the Legends line is going to be!

No, they exceeded my expectations on the Legends line and I will collect what I want from that line. Like alot of people have said, I think people are asking for too much.

Not if you're a Mattel fan. If you're a jakks/TNA fan...yeah, kinda.

It was a letdown to me, as I wasn't really that interested in a legends line, and after seeing them think they aren't that impressive anyway. As far as current WWE product, it can't be anything but a letdown, because the only stuff we hadn't seen before was Flexforce and toy title belts, neither of which interest me and I don't think that many adult collectors are keen on flexforce either.

I was hoping to see a little more but I think i just got used to Jakks relelasing figures seemingly every week, I'm ok with mattel taking their time since the quality of the figures are so much better than Jakks.
