(When they were originally available and not counting the KB closeouts, of course)
A pharmacy in the same shopping center as the KB I frequented had the Bushwhackers 2-pack for $3.99. Looking back, it was pretty weird.
A year or so later, at the merchandise stand at a Nassau coliseum matinee house show, the Nasty Boys 2 pack, which I don't think I ever saw in a store, was available for $8. My cousin and I each picked up a set.

KB used to have 3/$10 all the time. I think that was the best prices I ever seen on them, clearances aside.
Clearance wise, I got the dark blue card Fatu in 2000 from a Meijer for just .40. The card was F*CKED UP. It was a post-Christmas clearance, and they had tons of wrestling figures on clearance. I remember a bunch of ECW Chris Candido's for $1 each, a bunch of those mini ring WWF playsets, pretty much all their WWF Jus Toys Bend'Ems, a few random WCW figures, and all the random crap that WWF & WCW made that never sold. Then, amongst stuffed animals of Austin, I found Fatu.

$3.99 was the lowest I saw at retail other than clearances.

How much where they suppose to retail for when they 1st came out??
I remember seeing them on the weekly K-mart flyer for $5 when they were new. Target had them for $3/4 when they were on sale.

all i remember hasbros being were £3.99 each (series 1&2) and £4.99 after that, which i guess is quite expensive. tag teams were about £6.99 from woolworths.
