yeah, you should be ok.... here's what you do. Go to paypal, open up a "dispute" under the resolution center. Itll ask you to put in the transaction ID, or you can search for it. Open up the dispute with a "item received not as described" in the notes section be cordial and say "i am opening up this dispute for my own security. i have sent the item back, with a tracking number, and i will be patiently awaiting a refund. if i do not receive my refund within 20 days, i will have to escalate this dispute to a claim" You can hold the dispute open for 20 days. If you have not received your refund within 20 days, you escalate your dispute to a "claim." Then it is in the hands of paypal, where they will ask you to describe your problem and provide your "return tracking number." hope this helps BK

I'm really sorry to hear about this. The packages though did look quite "frosty" and resealed. This is why I never buy variants on eBay; can't get a good enough look at the packaging. Hope you get your money back.
