Just off the top of my head, Kip James in Series 5 had two versions, one wearing green, one wearing black. There were also 2 Toys R Us exclusive series. The ones that you have listed as Series 3.5 were part of one, or possibly both as I don't 100% recall, of the TRU sets. There was at least another Raven and Monty Brown, and possibly another Hardy and Styles in the TRU series.

EDIT: The Sabin, Raven, and Monty Brown variants that you have listed as Series 3 were part of the second TRU series.

The first TRU series was: AJ Styles, Elix Skipper, Jeff Hardy, and Ron Killings.

The second TRU series was: AJ Styles, Chris Sabin, Monty Brown, Raven, and Ron Killings.
