Such a sweet figure!!! Not a test shot, a hand painted poly urethane prototype!! This one is SUPER RARE!! Obviously a one of a kind. First of all i'd like to ask who bought the figure? Was it anyone from this board?? I would love to see more pics of it, especially next to the retail release warrior. I really dont see too many differences. I dont see any purple in the face paint, and there are no symbols on the knees. Any thoughts? I'd really like to know if someone from this board bought it. cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/WWF-WWE-Hasbro-Superstars-Ultimate-Warrior-PROTOTYPE_W0QQitemZ300331857831QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item45ed2c77a7&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14#ht_500wt_1182

If this is a poly one it will just be pins or parts just wedged together right ? It looks like its a functioning sample. Very curious to see where this guy fits in. Good thing this one slipped by Judge , I would have thrown down hard on this guy , LOL. Haven't got a real good Hasbro piece in a while. Cant wait for the pics.

youre so lucky judge! you got a great fig, a hand painted prototype, at a halfway decent price!
Post a couple of comparison pics next to a normal warrior 3 if you don't mind.

Lol. I threw down hard - the price - not suprising - sky rocketed in the last 5 minutes. Here are a few more pics of it from the seller - I had a bit of a chat to him online aswell, nice guy, he worked at Hasbro for about ten years - he was amazed at how popular this item was. He also hinted there may be more to come so we may see a few more come out of hiding yet!

Ahhh man, tooooo sweet. Thats more of a "Batman" type logo on the back, and its the screw in the back and a mold line by his neck. You have no idea how HOT his other stuff is gonna be. I actually regret posting this, now everyone knows about!! dang it! you stuck oil man, absolute gold! congrats bk

based off the new pics you added, it looks hand painted. the warrior symbol on the back of the trunks clearly shows it. but just in general it all looks hand painted.
Would this be the way they did early stages of the figure? or did you end up with a custom painted figure?

Awesome, this guy could be a great hasbro source too, maybe with some info on what figures were going to be made and what changes happened. Cool purchase

Hiya lads, im pleased to say I was the winner of this one - just waiting for it to arrive now - will post lots of pictures when I recieve it. Judge, did you ask the seller what else he had tucked away and/or pics of his other hasbros ? Would love to know wha else he has... also maybe he could shed some light on the Orange cards if he worked for hasbro ? How amazing would it be if he had protos of the unreleased Orange cards....

Would love to know wha else he has... also maybe he could shed some light on the Orange cards if he worked for hasbro ? How amazing would it be if he had protos of the unreleased Orange cards.... I asked what else he had and he said he wasn't 100% as he was going through boxes of things bit by bit - but seemed sure there may be more to come.... apparently when he finished at Hasbro he had loads of things that he put in his basement for storage, and now he has ran out of space so is opening boxes bit by bit, listing them and selling them on ebay. Other items he listed included lots of rare boxed GI Joe items. I will ask him about the other planned Hasbro lines and see what he says, I already asked him twice if he found anymore WWF protos ;D Imagine if he pulled out the Rhythm and Blues Valentine!
