Spike Dudley was the number one guy that should have been made, but wasn't
Masato Tanaka would have been really cool.
Doring & Roadkill
Dusty Rhodes would have been an interesting figure in 2000 if he wanted one. Even a Corino/Rhodes 2 pack. Speaking of Corino, Corino could have/should have been re-released so more people could get him. same with Tajiri.
Joel Gertner may have been an interesting figure. A use for those horrible imobile Sandman legs

Some cool suggestions so far.
I really like the idea of Rhodes, Funk, & Tanaka. Bam Bam would have been great and Spike would've made the Dudley's a little more complete.

the next set was to include if i remember correctly
Roadkill Danny Doring Masato Tanaka Angel Devito Spike Dudley Kid Kash
down the future the Dupps might have been in the planning stages as Puck Dupp was a day or so awy from being included in the video game. They were getting groomed to be one of the next big tag teams in ECW, but they left ECW

Although it would have been sweet - Bam Bam Bigelow had been gone from ECW for about a year by the time OSFTM starting making ECW figures, and the bWo had been disbanded by about 2 or 3 years, in fact I believe Meanie had just been signed by WWE earlier that year.
If they had made an OSFTM Meanie it would have been "Blue Boy" anyone remember when he was skinny? Yeah, who needs that?
