I'll get right to it. I got a green card yokozuna loose in the mail, and it came having a snapped off foot! literally, the figure is perfectly snapped where the black pants and the skin tone meet. My question is, what do you think would work to fix it? Is there a glue or something to bond the plastic together? I tried gorilla glue, and that didn't work, so I cleaned off that glue. :/ I'm almost tempted to screw the two pieces together. lol Any help on this would be much appreciated.

You could try a screw. Maybe that'll give the glue something to latch onto aswell.
You could also try lightly sanding where the to parts come together. If it's to smooth glue wont work.
Lastly I've heard good things about PVC cement for some of the harder plastics. You could would get that at home depot or lowes maybe walmart in the plumbing section.

For these things I use 'Hard Plastic Glue". It's pretty cheap and it always does the job perfectly.

Super glue. The cheap stuff. Use it carefully so it doesn't run. I like the brushable kind. Gorilla glue sucks on plasitc
