That Wal-Mart sale looks great. I haven't bought any WWE DVDs in a while now, I've only been purchasing Wrestlemania on Blu, but I think I'm going to head over to Wal-Mart when I get out of work to see if we've got it set up here. For those that have a lot of these, what do you recommend? I don't want to spend a ton of money, but I wouldn't mind picking up 2-4 of them if they're good enough. I like documentary style compilations, any of those listed here? The ones that are jumping out at me are The Rock's set, and the Best of Raw and Smackdown. How enjoyable are they? The Rock's set isn't documentary style, but it's a great assortment of Rock moments. I think it's worth it. Best of Raw and Smackdown are both pretty good but I'd recommend Raw over Smackdown. The Raw one is set up in a more traditional collection of matches/segments in a chronological order. With the Smackdown set, they did a countdown of the top 100 moments, a'la anything you see on VH1 or E!, which means a lot of it has been condensed to promos/recaps/etc. and you get a lot of unfunny comments from Todd Grisham. For others shown there that I have seen: -Batista's has a pretty decent documentary, but I think the extras mainly consist of PPV matches, so if you collect PPVs from '05-on or so, you probably have most of them already. -Shawn Michaels DVDs are always worth it. That one has a documentary on it. -Stone Cold's is similar to the Rock's in that it is mostly just an assortment of matches, but it at least has comments from Austin in between some of them. I'm a huge Stone Cold fan, and I'd recommend this one wholeheartedly. -If you don't have any of those WMs - especially 19,20,24 - this is a perfect time to catch up on those. -Satan's Prison, Hell in a Cell, and Ladder Match are all entertaining compilations. If you don't have most of the matches already on other DVDs, then these are all highly recommended. Thanks for the input, I'll have to consider the Chamber/Cell/Ladder compilations as well I suppose. I do have all of the Wrestlemania's they've got, so I don't need those. Hopefully we've got this setup here, my Wal-Mart is usually pretty good about getting stuff like this even though we're a fairly small market.

I'm really hoping my walmart gets this... They're emptying one end right now, so maybe that will be it... If not, another end display is for Black history month, so maybe we'll be getting wrestling dvds next week, unless they go ahead and put up the display for Easter... I just really want these DVDs

Nothing at mine, and strangely enough, no WWE DVDs in sight, except for a single Extreme Rules combo pack and a Best of Raw 2010 on the new release end shelf.
I thought it was strange, because my Wal-Mart has always had a "Special Interest" section that was more or less dominated by WWE. They usually had several releases, including some older ones. None of those were anywhere to be found.
Hopefully they'll get it down the road. I'll check the one in Bangor where I go to school sometime this week.

Came out empty handed at my Wal-Mart. All they have in stock besides the Best of Raw 2010 is The Macho Man DVD, Ric Flair Ultimate Collection & The Edge DVD.
Still trying to regain some of my collection after that damn handy man of ours spilt paint on most of my 2001 collection! That b@$tard!

LOL all they have at my Wal-Mart is a couple copies the Edge 3-disc for $13.00. pretty hilarious considering it used to be stocked very well a few years ago with racks specifically reserved for their DVD's. to whoever's store that is with all those DVD's all i can say is .

The Show DVD is an easy pass for me. I watched the documentary on Netflix, and I liked it, but I really don't care for that many Big Show matches.

Thanks for the clip With the entire 1st disc no more than 90 min, including special features, it makes me wonder why they would'nt include at least another hour to the documentary after seeing clips like the one you just posted. why are they making these sets so short now?.

Went to Walmart tonight and saw all the dvds were 10 bucks each! I only had enough for 3, I got Satans Prison, the Eddie DVD and history of wwe championship. I wish I had more money. How long is this sale lasting?

Just a heads up TRU is having WWE 2pack dvds coming out to hype the all-stars video game.
These were $24.99 HHH/Hulk Hogan Anthology John Cena Experience/ The Most Electrifying Man- The Rock
There was also a Savage/Morrison Combo for $19.99

I was debating about ordering The Big Show DVD. I'm not a big fan of his in-ring performances, but he's always seemed like a really cool dude, so I wouldn't mind seeing the documentary (I don't have any Netflix plan, so I can't watch it that way). I decided I'd wait and see what others think of it before I go ahead and get it.

The big show documentary was WAY to short and so much could have been talked about. Very confused why it was only given an hour. I'm up to the matches now.

No giant WWE DVD display at my Walmart, but I did grab the AWA DVD out of the $5 bin. Been meaning to buy that for a while.
