Anybody that doesn't grab WrestleMania 19 for that price is foolish. Truly one of the last WrestleMania's to have that "Big fight" feel. HBK, Jericho, Austin, Rock, Lesnar, Angle, Undertaker, Vince, Hogan, Eddie, Mysterio all on the same card man. Loaded

^ Damn right, and WM20 is a great event too. Plus you get "The Mania of WrestleMania" about WM19 on there. Those two are the last superb WMs in my view. Hoping WM27 gets somewhere close but I was last year too.

holy crap i went to Walmart before even seeing Trips post, crazy/incredible sale. Where is the location of the person who sent you the pic trip? The wal mart I went to had all those DVD's in the same order.
I picked up Greatest Stars of the 80's, and the Wrestlemania 25 Exclusive. I was REALLY shocked to see Wrestlemania 19 brand new. And it doesnt even look like a re-release; it looks like the original run. I hated to pass up on some things, but splurging like that isnt in my budget at the moment.
I did recieve the Smackdown vs. Raw 2008 bonus disc steelbook though. Very satisfied with that. It's a DVD surprisingly - not a Blu Ray as I was wrongly led to believe by someone I forget lol.

I don't know where the person lives (who sent me the photo) because it was just an email with "SUPER DUPER WALMART SALE!~" written in it and that pic Maybe same as you...

I hope that Story of Wrestlemania DVD includes a lot of backstage footage and setting up the Event, Stage etc. It looks a good Match Listing though, I'm suprised they didn't put a few more on there though, especially anything from Wrestlemania XX.
That Wallmart Sale makes me jelous. $10 each? That's about £6. In England, we have to pay about £19.99-£29.99 in Stores for those.

Is the Randy Savage DVD any good? Does it just show the matches or does it have superstar comments and highlights to the feuds also?
I don't really like the format of just matches with short comments inbetween, like the Rey Mysterio DVD.

I got some nice pick up's today. I had a 25 dollar gift certificate for blockbuster so I stopped in there and got...
The Monday Night Wars WrestleMania 23 Survivor Series 2007 Vengeance 2007 No Mercy 2007 (Blockbuster 2 Disc) Backlash 2007 SummerSlam 2007 Judgement Day 2007 Hell In A Cell 2009
with all of those, plus a new copy of the When In Rome on Blu-Ray I only ended up being out 5.60 in my own money!

Not according to the guy working, cause I asked. It looked like they were selling everything but the new releases and video games. He said they were just clearing stuff that was just sitting there.

That Wal-Mart sale looks great. I haven't bought any WWE DVDs in a while now, I've only been purchasing Wrestlemania on Blu, but I think I'm going to head over to Wal-Mart when I get out of work to see if we've got it set up here.
For those that have a lot of these, what do you recommend? I don't want to spend a ton of money, but I wouldn't mind picking up 2-4 of them if they're good enough.
I like documentary style compilations, any of those listed here?
The ones that are jumping out at me are The Rock's set, and the Best of Raw and Smackdown. How enjoyable are they?

I like documentary style compilations, any of those listed here? The ones that are jumping out at me are The Rock's set, and the Best of Raw and Smackdown. How enjoyable are they? The Rock's set isn't documentary style, but it's a great assortment of Rock moments. I think it's worth it. Best of Raw and Smackdown are both pretty good but I'd recommend Raw over Smackdown. The Raw one is set up in a more traditional collection of matches/segments in a chronological order. With the Smackdown set, they did a countdown of the top 100 moments, a'la anything you see on VH1 or E!, which means a lot of it has been condensed to promos/recaps/etc. and you get a lot of unfunny comments from Todd Grisham. For others shown there that I have seen: -Batista's has a pretty decent documentary, but I think the extras mainly consist of PPV matches, so if you collect PPVs from '05-on or so, you probably have most of them already. -Shawn Michaels DVDs are always worth it. That one has a documentary on it. -Stone Cold's is similar to the Rock's in that it is mostly just an assortment of matches, but it at least has comments from Austin in between some of them. I'm a huge Stone Cold fan, and I'd recommend this one wholeheartedly. -If you don't have any of those WMs - especially 19,20,24 - this is a perfect time to catch up on those. -Satan's Prison, Hell in a Cell, and Ladder Match are all entertaining compilations. If you don't have most of the matches already on other DVDs, then these are all highly recommended.
