Anyone here going to RAW in August?
Has anyone on here watched The Walking Dead? on FX or online? one of my personal fav shows would recommend it to anyone!
Currently downloading the new Maps for MW3 on my PS3 - Also downloaded The Walking Dead Game Series Episode 1 (Had to get a US Account) so I've been spending a bit more time with my PS3 lately !

I am! Going to the Sydney show...this will be my 6th show. I've been going every year since 2007. I didn't go to the Hogan show because that would be giving Hogan money ;D And I did buy the TNA tour tickets in 2010.....But they ended up canceling it due to a "conflicting schedule". Which was code for: No one bought tickets so we ain't comin.

I want to go but I'll be living in the states for the later half of this year so this will be the first time since the ruthless aggression tour back in 03 that I wont be attending the WWEs trip here. On the upside, i am hoping to get to a show over in the states but looks like im not going to be able to make it to summerslam.

I have absolutely no interest in going, but the kids really want to go, not sure what to do.

I wanted to check out the Melbourne show but it's a little expensive, so I'm going to put the money towards my Wrestlemania trip next year

Speaking of Wrestlemania, I'm really keen on going to Wrestmemania 30 @ The MSG. The only problem is......I would have to miss out on Uni/tafe for 2 weeks. I'm contemplating taking the entire year off before getting back into the dreaded routine again.

If you are taking the whole year off, I would advise ensuring you have something lined up to do during that year. A year is a LONG time and if you are going to be a year set back, it should be to do something valuable. Just think it over. Missing 2 weeks is nothing in the scheme of things.

The idea was that I would work a lot (to save up for WM), possibly travel to somewhere in Australia and/or.......attend a wrestling school (I know most wrestlers don't make it to the "big time") but Im willing to have a go.

I imagine we've seen TNA DI7 already; underwhelming doesn't even cover it.
Mother's Day yesterday...that hit me pretty hard, first one without my Mum.

Jeff and Sky awesome!!! I'm a huge Jeff fan so it's a must buy for me. ...... It's best not to think about the past, but to move on. If I was to constantly think about the things that I've experienced in my short 16 years of life: honestly, I'd struggle.....Stay strong bro.

If I was to constantly think about the things that I've experienced in my short 16 years of life: honestly, I'd struggle.....Stay strong bro. Fair enough, just saying that it's a disappointing effort from Jakks since the last DI set, repaints and all. I see what you're saying, and even though I'm 13 years older than you, know that I have moved on, but think about my mother about every day and probably always will. I was told by some people at her funeral who knew her that it's a good thing I was in my late 20's when my mother passed away; going through the loss and grief in younger years would've been too hard. That's crap - you only get one Mum, and mine was amazing. Doesn't matter how old you are when you lose her, it hurts. Please do not think me mentioning that was a cry for attention or something, this is a banter thread, the topic at hand is Mother's Day and that was my two cents. Thanks.

Chris Reager, didn't know that about your mum, sorry to hear that mate. And does anyone know why WWE is only going to the Eastern side of Australia? No Adelaide this year

I can only imagine it was mate, was thinking of you on the day, though at least you have pulled through. - As for DI7, its a terrible set, too many of the same. Jeff and Velvet are the only decent ones but the set is going to take forever to come out and turn out nowhere near as nice as the protos. I couldnt care less about the TNA product right now.

Ok, that sounds like a good plan, I was just giving some words of caution that if you miss a whole year, just make sure you use it to the fullest extent. I know a few people whove taken one to do very little besides just work and not even full time and the whole year setback hasnt ended up being worth it. But sounds like youve got a plan.

Speaking of wrestling schools and stuff, does anyone here go/has gone to their local shows? If so, who have you checked out?
