Anyone watching Australia's Got Talent? I have been, been pretty good, though I imagine another singer will win this year and be forgotten next year like Jack Vidgen is this year. I've been watching a bit on and off, I think singers should stick to the voice or X-Factor instead of AGT I agree, or hell, even The Voice. I watched it yesterday: really liked the magic clothes change gimmick near the end. Speaking of tv shows, The Voice sucks. The show on TV1 called Community is freaking amazing. There was a marathon of series 1 the other week and I recorded the entire thing, but somehow it clashed with another show and only partly recorded Been meaning to buy the DVD from JB when I get a chance. Yeah, that was cool. The aura of The Voice has gone, the blind auditions were were it was best. I like season 1 of Community, it's been playing on GO! off and on. Season 2 turned me away, got sick of it. My kingdom for some good meat pies, mint tim tams, and mint kit kats. We can make that happen, with WF: Australia perhaps...?! ;D

We have an authentic Australian bakery that I go to and get meat pies at. So good. As far as the board, only jack can do that. But we need to see a long history of need for it.

There are a few Australian members I've read posts of who have mentioned wanting a WF: Australia for several years now. Thanks again.

I don't if Jack has been doing his homework but if you look through the earlier days of this thread and the original findings thread, it seems like there's been a strong want for WF: Australia by both past and present members. Over 400 pages of Aussie greatness at your fingertips Jack! wfigs.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Findings&action=display&thread=43752

My recommendation is, keep this place active with lots of different discussion, spam free, and several active members for 3 months or so, and build a solid case for it. Then we can go to Jack and see if he will do it. But don't spam other boards or pms repeatedly asking for it. Be active and patient, and remind me in a few months and I'll see what I can do to help.

Thanks for replying to our pleads, anyway guys, any of you follow sports? None, nadda, zip. I use to play soccer and cricket as a kid, but I eventually got bored and quit. Wrestling is sports-entertainment. So I technically I do follow a sport....even though it's show business.

We really need our own board. Seriously how many non Aussies on here even know what AFL stands for (without googling) I need my own board to be able to share about the true greatness of the Richmond Tigers. We could discuss release dates of certain movies, Albums, DVD's,Band Tours (Which are all obviously different to the US). We could present common Aussie Humor with out being labeled as racists. And if someone is really in the mood they could even talk about aussie politics. #WF: Australia Get on the Ivan Maric Mullet

Just wanna say that last night my brother and I saw Sammy J and Randy's 'Inheritance' show as part of the Sydney Comedy Festival at the Metro; was amazing, funny as hell. Cool! I always liked Sammy J's stuff at the galaxy's on Ten. They are brilliant, also picked up their debut DVD, 'Bin Night'. Simply awesome.
