nice attempt, ive been looking for the perfect selection of figs to use for custom hasbro 'managers'. I still cant find the right size, i think what you have done is still a little to small for what i am looking for but non the less, its a nice attempt at something different, and i give you props for that.

It's a nice idea and is different at least. Personally I'd rather have that Star Wars figure though as I wouldn't know what to do with a Slick that size, he's way too small to go with Hasbros and he's not really the right style and Era for BnBs. It's not the neatest of customs either, the paint and sculpting looks quite lumpy and some of the parts don't seem to fit very well, also it looks exactly like Samuel L Jackson and not much like Slick. However, if you were to make a Bossman, Akeem or Warlord etc to go with it I think it would be pretty cool.
