I can't see how this custom is getting bashed, I think it rocks. I am typically a tough critic too. Can someone tell me what's so bad about it? The hair is exactly like his almost mullet, the DA Head looks like he is going through a "rage" and like he just finished off someone in the torture rack. If your not happy with it Jay, sell it to me. It's the Luger I wish would have come out. Don't worry, I'm quite fond of it myself. No matter how good or bad a custom is, there is always someone who will like/dislike it. It's all a matter of opinion. Different strokes for different folks right? This is one of the better customs I have seen on this board in a while. The painted skin looks great, and I love all of the detail you put into it, like the light beard stubble. The hair looks very convincing, and that's no small feat, as good hair is quite difficult to sculpt well. This figure looks better than a Jakks product, and more like something NECA would do. I don't get these "ratings," especially when the customizer doesn't ask for them. It's a stupid idea, especially when a real custom like this gets low ratings, and the 150,000th terrible Macho Man that shows up every day - which, of couse, looks like the paint was thrown at it from across the room - gets a sting of posts saying, "Awsumm, 10/10!!11!" You can really tell the difference between the artists who care about their customs and the ones who crank them out to slap on to eBay. Sorry to hijack the thread with a rant, and no disrespect to any customizers, just frustrated with these "ratings."  |

wow this is fantastic, as someone else said its a work of art. you captured the hair perfectly.
the skin tone is right on. i remember that era very well actually.
i wouldn't change a thing.
