Can you make it exactly like this one but just changed the E to an O I think this turned out a little shii to be honest, I don't know if you'd rather go with the older logo I gave you with an edited background. The thing with Photoshop is that effects work in sync with eachother, so it makes it very hard to match with other effects already used, especially if they weren't originall created with PS.
