Improve the pic quality first, then resize them.
Roster look's okay though. :]

Good name and good roster just get a nice arena built with pics that we can actully see who they are

here's a few tips
-If you have flash, USE IT
- If you dont have flash, get a camera with one
- Try to put up a piece of cardboard behind your 'arena'
-Try working out the stifness in your poses.
The roster looks good, and it's always nice to see new pic feds.

pics are very small and try to use guys with better articulation if you can.
