Custom Kenny.....I think your painting and part choices were excellently done. Great colors, smooth painting. However, the head choice is plain awful. I have seen about 2 dozen Quack customs using the smiley scan Orton head. And really......it looks nothing like Quack. Not sure where people get the idea that it does. But otherwise, I really like the custom. Maybe if you added his Batman shirt logo or his Chikara symbol, it would have better.

Make sure you check the extra pictures, Onita has a detailed back and tights. Nice decals KO One. Also, that custom skintone is sloppy. That's a nice Quack customkenny but I hate the head.

I'll pick CustomKenny's Mike Quackenbush, just because it looks like a nicer overall figure.
I'll go with Dyamez's RVD, just becuase I think the attire looks nice, and I'm not to fond of the other head choices.
In the handicap match I'll say it's a tie.
And that Marc Mero is fantastic. It looks like an actual Jakks figure, it's perfect.

Cruiserweight -Onita: I really like the head and the way the hair is sculpted on. The paint job is very clean. The attire is kinda plain, even though that's what he wore. I do like the rips in the shirt though. I noticed that the skin tone from the top is different from the bottom though. Overall pretty good job.
-Homicide: Pretty good job on the head. I like the molded bandanna. The face is a little off. Put alot of time into the custom I can see, with the painted skin and attire. Attire looks well done, especially the LAX shirt which can be done easily but the aging on the letters is a good effect. The main negative is the cleanliness of the paintjob, could have been more neat. Overall very good job.
-Quakenbush: Very clean paintjob. I can't stand that head though, it just looks like orton to me. The head kind of ruins the figure, but other than that decent job.
*overall, I'd choose Homicide as the best
Intercontinental -rvd: Decent paintjob. The paint looks a little clumped but it looks ok. I like the rvd sign on the singlet.
-Raven: clean paintjob, especially on the shirt. Looks very nice. Nice choice of shoes and other parts used. The hair is the only negative but I can still easily tell it's raven. Very nice job.
-Corino: Like the fact that time was spent on the skin tone. Skin painting looks clean. I don't really like the attire though, I've seen other attires corino wore and I'd like to had seen a more difficult attire attempted. The face looks okay, but the hair is terrible. It looks like a helmet. Other than that pretty good.
*overall my vote goes to raven.
Tag match -blue blazer: Very nice paintjob, I love the emblem on the chest. Mask is decent. May have liked to see a cape added or something. Where's your partner? That kinda hurts your chances of winning imo.
-tiger mask and jushin liger: Very impressed with the mask on tiger mask. Pants look well done too, especially the bottom of the pants. Jushin liger is a decent attempt. A hard figure to do but looks very sloppy. I like the mask. The turnoff to the figure though is possibly the r3 body. Liger's body looks too weird.
*overall, the vote goes to tiger mask and liger. It might have been closer if the other guy showed.
Next match -marc mero: I really like this figure. This guy spent a lot of time it seems on making the figure. Love the attire and the accessories. Good paint job all around, especially the skin tone. The head doesn't really look like him imo, but I could still tell it was him. Good attempt on the head though. Good job overall.

match 1
Cruiserweight 3-way Match: pfrchaos' Atsushi Onita vs. KO One's Homicide vs. CustomKenny's Mike Quackenbush
pfrchaos for a first competition figure this isnt bad.i think the face could have been fattend up,or you could have used a first scan rob conway figure and it would have worked. i also think a regal torso with a painted wife beater would have been a better part choice on your behalf. but i do think think this is a great custom your getting there
ko i thought that was hernandez before i read who the figure was.the shelton head really dosnt work for homicide.the skin tone is way to light for him as well.i do not like the positioning of the arms ,because this makes me belive you did not do the tat work and turned the arms so we couldnt see that. you missed the tat on the inside of his forearm as well. he is also not bald you could have dry brushed on hair .
custom kenny BRAVO! sir you have made a excellent figure. the pants look crisp and straight. i would have liked to see the chikara logo or the batman type logo on the shirt and also a different head choice but you probally used what you had wich worked fine . this is obviously the gem in this lot. bravo
winner :custom kenny with pfrchaos closely behind
Intercontinental 3-way Match: Dyamez's RVD vs. JPilko's Raven vs. Peace to the Gods' Steve Corino
dyamez your rvd is simple and gets the point across. i like it how ever the paint is abit dull. and it dosnt have pizzazz(sp) its kinda too simple for a competition.
j pilko i like this raven a lot. the attire is very good ,great part choices on your behalf i like the ttl lower legs (i think) on this figure. only gripe i have is the head choice i dont like the hair or the test head on this figure its too odd looking and dosnt really look like raven . but the body is solid
peace to the gods this is a good custom. good part choices . the paint looks done well. the only gripe i have on this one is that the hair looks so unrealistic, looks like he wore a hat for a week and has extreme hat hair, and it also looks yellow.other than that it looks great
winner : pilko
i will not comment on my match or gates do to no shows there fore they werent matches

Marc Mero is pretty good. The head shows minimal resemblance. The shorts are very nicely painted with great logo work but they are boxing shorts...they look like biker shorts. Did he have long hair when he was Marvelous Marc Mero? I don't really remember.
That RVD is pretty nice. That is one of my favorite singlets from RVD.
That Steve Corino is cool. Somebody went old school with the head choice. Love it. The hair is too puffy though, Corino has very stringy hair.
Overall nice customs.

cw match: i think the onita prevails narrowly. the skintone on the head is off, but the rest of the painting details look well done and make it stand out from the other two.
the idea for homicide was well thought out, just sloppily executed.
the quack is sooo clean, but way too plain and simple for a comp.
ic match: i prefer the raven. the test head works well. i like how you took pics with jacket arms as well as bare arms to show off the hand-painted tats. shirt looks great as well.
corino looks very nice, but the hair looks somewhat flat.
rvd is a repaint, but it needs a clearcoat and i'm not sure that would even give it the pop it is lacking.
tag match: i believe this would have been an upset even without the no show. the tiger mask is neat and clean and the liger despite being r-3 tech is well done and took alot of time and meticulous work. these are easily the best customs nydream and angus have ever produced. i think they deserve everyone's props!
blazer is fantastic and i would bid on it, but it looks just like every other i have ever seen for better or worse. not your fault.
gate's mero: flawless as usual. the conway face transplant on the dibiase head looks great. sorry you didn't get any competition bro.
congrats to all the entrants and job well done, especially to the team of the newb killahs, as i said previously. nice work all!

Crusierweight open
KO- It is big improvemnt from yuor last custom but you need practice... it is a lil sloppy and yo didnt quite capture the skintone or the right look for the head... the decals are ok though...
Customkenny- This is a good figure... It is very simple and it did not have much if any modding but the paintjob is great and painting is smooth.... I dont like the headchoice but it seems to be the most used choice for Quack...
Chaos-I like this one alot as it is not been done in a while if at all.... The headchoice is really good and the heir sculpt/mod looks really accurate..... It is a lil off cus of the skintone on the head and body dont match up but the body paint/attire paint is really smooth...
Winner-Chaos because of overall presentation
IC 3 way
Jpilko-This is a nice custom but it lacks origonality... It is way overdone IMO and i just see it as not stepping it up..... Although i do customs that lack origonality also... lol... it is done very nicely..... but i dont like the headchoice....
Dyamez-This figure is ok... But all you did was switch some parts and paint a figure. No modding, no sculpting nothing. But i must admit your a fantastic painter and you deffinatly get a big thumbs up for not using decals...
PTTG-This figure is nice and accoriding to the refs it is very accurate. I like all of the parts choice and the headchoice was great.. The only thing i dont like is the hair and you explained that you had troubles with the hair... it is understandable.... Overall this figure is great!
Winner-PTTG on overl smoothness and effort....
I will not comment on the tag match as i think it is stupid how i got no showed but i honestly think we would have won if JPD would have showed anyways as others have stated..
Winner-NYdream & BRK via no show
It is a real shame that GCS got no showed as he really stepped up his game on this one doing perfct mods sculpts and a skintone... and ppl who know GCS know he didnt do skintones b4 this custom.... His level of skill went up totally on this one and he is deffinatly HW level now....

Cruiserweight Open:
pfrchaos - I have no idea who that guy is, but from your ref pics, it looks pretty good. My real gripe would be the torso choice. the singlet you choose is too high with the wife beater/tank top. You should of choose the newer mold where it has the neck line a bit lower. Painting is smooth. Head choice is good, but not the greatest.
eddieguerrerorules - This is big step up from your previous custom. I like how you actually challenged yourself a bit more with Homicide and sculpting. The paint job can use some cleaning up though. You gotta take your time with that. The use of decals is never really favored in competitions but I think you did a good job with it. Try painting them instead.
custom kenny's - Mike looks too much like orton still. You just gave him a painted beard. The painting on the tights is nice, but I wish there would of been more done to this figure.
My vote: None of these stood out to me, but pfrchaos gets my vote, with eddieguerrero at a really close second.
IC 3-Way:
Dyamez - Nice painting with the RVD. This really shows that you have a superb paint job. Very smooth. However, you didn't do anything else except a repaint. That won't take you very far in the customs competition world.
JPilko - Raven looks pretty good. I think the head choice works to a certain extent. The hair piece looks to be from CS Diesel? or is that molded/sculpted on? The shirt looks cool, but the rest is still pretty basic with the part switches.
Peaces to God - Corino looks pretty clean. I like this figure because of the paint job and molding with the hair. I know you said you were having some trouble, but you pulled it off. He looks like he's sweating for some reason too. LOL.
My vote: peaces to god
Tag Match:
I'm not going to comment on this match because of JPD's no show. Shame too because I thought this match had a lot of potential. Everybody had a great custom that was submitted with really good painting and sculpting. I will say this though, nydreams, you've really stepped it out with Tiger Mask. His head looks really good.
My vote: nydreams and brk
GCS v. Guster
Shame on another no show. GCS, you put out one sick Mero. As much as I dislike Marc in real life because he comes off like a douche, your custom made me a little bit more tolerable of him.
My vote: GCS

Atsushi vs KO vs CustomKenny - Custom Kenny
Right, all are nice customs, Onita's head is spot on, but i feel that the atire is a little too simplistic. Ko's homicide is really well done, but i'm noot too keen on the head and the paint between the arm and shirt is a little sloppy. Kenny's Quack is one of those 'if it aint broke, don't fix it' deals... the custom has been done to death, but it is a clean and near perfect custom
Dyames vs JPilko vs Peace To God - Pilko
Ok, all three are great, Dyamez's RVD is a good paintjob, however, i can see some lumpyness in it, also the colours look quite flat to me. J's Raven is great imo, the parts are fantastic, aside from the head..., but i think if you gave it a fatter nose, it would be great... also the paint job is exceptionally clean. P.T.G's custom is pretty good, but i feel that it has the same problem as J's Raven... the attire is great, but the head lets it down imo, the hair looks huge.... its tight, but i gotta go with J's Raven
Texacide vs. NyDream and BRK - NY and BRK
Tex's Blue Blazer is a great custom, like the earlier Quackenbush, its a fairly 'cookie cutter' custom, but thats because its a good recipe, but compared to the other two, it just looks a little too simple... Ny's tiger is a great customs, good sculpting on the head, but i'm not keen on the legs, the knees look very pinched. BRK's Lyger is great, complex and very detailed
GateCitySinner
Fantastic, just fantastic

I vote pfrchaos' JPilko's Raven BRK's Jushin Lyger dude... BRK cant win that match.... its a tag match... not triple threat... me and BRK win by default I believe it's by vote, not necessarily default. Cruiserweight 3-way Match: Atsushi Onita: I like the back and the sculpted singlet showing the gashes on his back. Overall it looks nice, on the chest, there's a little paint on the skin-tone from the singlet, but other than that, good job. Tooth picks are good to use to scrape off a little paint as long as the skin tone isn't painted. Homicide: I think this would have worked as a great Hernandez, the face looks right for him, but I think it was a big miss for Homicide. The painting is a bit sloppy and the pictures are blurry, so I can't see the full detail. Mike Quackenbush: Overall, the figure looks pretty clean, clean paint job. Intercontinental 3-way Match: RVD: Overall, the figure looks good, but it seems unfinished, I'm not sure if you did, but it appears to not be sealed. That's my only gripe. Raven: Raven looks nice, but I'm not a fan of the head choice. The shirt looks good man, nice job. Steve Corino: My biggest problem is the hair, it seems too slicked back, but other than that I like it. Nice paint job, not sure if you did them but if so the boots look great, kudos. Tag Match: Texacide's Blue Blazer: Clean and smooth paint job, very nice. Despite the simpleness, things could have gone wrong with this custom, but you did a good job. NyDream's Tiger Mask: The picture quality isn't so great for me to see all the detail, however the paint is a little sloppy around the waist/pants area. Also I'm not sure what's going on on the back of the mask...perhaps because of the picture quality, but it looks like orange and red running together. BRK's Jushin Lyger: The design on the front isn't symmetric and I think that takes away from the figure. The low picture quality is kinda a problem. The mask looks sculpted well, I think that is the stronger part of this figure. The paint looks smooth, but you could have probably put another coat or two on. Also I'm not sure if you sealed the figure...but it doesn't appear to be.
