7/2 It seems that we may be on the brink of pic feds turning the corner, which is very cool. Let me just offer a word of advice as someone thats been here since 2001. REPLIES ARE VERY IMPORTANT to keeping the board alive. A simple rule of thumb is that if someone replied to your show, have the common courtesy to do the same, even, if you dont like it, just tell them some good and bad points, and perhaps offer some advice. Preparing a show takes hours upon end as many of us know, yet it takes a few minutes to browse a show , get the gist, and then formulate a decent reply...please let's practice some courtesy with each other. It can help the board go along way with being successful. We can make a great community here again, if we all are dedicated and support each other. I know we all will have our favorites, but it's important to support everyone as best you can. we all have different styles. abilities, and resources, but we all share the same passion...we enjoy doing pic feds. So, remember guys, the success and failure of this board is up to us. good luck  |

amen to that. i mentioned something like this in colt's show thread because i was pleased wiht the turnout. if every fed got a good amount of replies then people would continue their feds so just be fair and reply to every show people. and trsut me replying to every show is not that hard. and you should def. reply if someone replies to your show. =)

Maybe we need to start out smaller...like say...when some one posts a show... one of the three of us PM each other to let each other know, then we go and comment..hopefully more people follow suit

you know the reason why i condemn youtube feds? it's because youtube is friggin BLOCKED in the office.. hehe.
So there, if you have a youtube fed, chances are, you wont get a reply from me.
Anyway, yeah, i'm excited and really anticipated thecolt's show.
Desk, how about issuing out a quick reply form? like if the reply is lengthy it should be ok.
but the shortest reply should at least have something like:
What makes this show worth watching?
What makes this show suck?
What's your favorite segment/match?
Rate the show:
(0-3) HOUSE SHOW
(4-7)HEAT
(8-9)SMACKDOWN/RAW
(10 and above!!) WRESTLEMANIA!!!

and dyamez i like that idea. i hope you reply to my show because i would love to get your input. oh and this may be off topic but are you still pic fedding or are you taking a break?

actually im just really busy about stuff, when I first placed that "curtain call" i was about ready to call it quits. But you guys were really insistent and want me to continue. Right now i had problems with camera and uploads. My show (that was 60% complete) is in a 256 mb memory stick. My mom's vacation happened. Mom went to Cali, brought the camera WITH MY SHOW came back home with happy tourist photos WITHOUT MY SHOW!! So here I am back to square one. Extremely busy with work but seeing thecolt's show today i'm like: "Beatdown should be back on track" So there to answer your question: WFCW has been on break primarily due to delays in Beatdown. Expect a Beatdown show on the pic fed board without any hypes. Just like what colt did yesterday, it may be tomorrow or today or this week, but there will be no Beatdown related posts from me after today.  |

thats cool man. the whole camera thing sux and i know how that feels my cuzin deleted every one of my pics once. i was pissed. but good luck to you and i hope you conitnue pic fedding or atleast being involved with replies and stuff.

we'll see how well over this statement goes. IF people dont work together dont say I didnt warn ya. If you have pic fed show you really should leave a reply anyway since your on the baord. but Dymez, I like your idea, let's face it, some pic fedders are just starting out and people who watch arent gonna want to take the time to go into detail about how they disliked the show then try to fish for something good about it. I'll make a template and post on the pic fed board

If so that is actually a real good idea. well i am doing two shows rebellion and american league both have the same roster. its just like the old smackdown and raw (two different shows on different days but the same superstars) and deskjet is doing another brand of the AWF (with different stars) called GNext. its goiong to be good i can feel it =) |

I was thinking of doing a magazine type thing...which comes out weekly that kind of has a highlighted fed for the week on the cover. And then a short article of what it was and what it accomplished. Not a show...but something to add to the board.

Hey DJ. i think it would also be good if the Pic fed owners attach it on every show so viewers can just copy and paste the form.
I mean, it's like spoon feeding
