It doesn't seem that there's a new Women's Championship Belt on Smackdown. It sounds more like Nattie is going to be facing Mickie at Night of Champions, since she's advancing and what not. (and it would be pretty much pointless to have another Championship in the WWE)

Just watched SD! and Vickie DID say that there was going to be a Divas title.
