Think about it. This will set up new feuds now that he is a total heel. Not taking anything away from Joe's abilities in the ring, but he is quickly becoming a stale champion. They need to shake things up.
Plus Booker hasn't won the title yet and it's kind of a no brainer that he would get the title sometime soon since he signed with TNA and is a major legend already.
