This goes out to all those who feel the need to respond to customs with one to two word replies... thinks like this... Are all completely ridiculous. I'm tired of people spamming up this board with these intellectually- disabled replies. Almost all of us put a lot of work into these customs and we deserve more then a one or two word reply. Also, things like this... Say WHAT you like, say WHAT you don't like... what can be changed and how the person can improve. Criticism is what fuels customizing and art.. if we all think our work is "10/10" then how will we ever get better? Also, overly negative remarks like "it sucks" or "why did you ruin a good fig?" will not be tolerated. If you are going to criticize something, point out the flaws and suggest ways to fix them.. do not bash people. From here on out, there are no more warnings... you will be docked posts and if you continue doing it, you'll be deleted... now you're probably asking "....but why?" well the answer is simple.. mainly because I laid it out above.. but it's also a violation of the WF TOS... and finally... because I can. If you don't like the rules, then don't post here.. from here on out, there will be no more spamming on this board because these hard working customizers DESERVE a decent reply.

Sweet post, 1000000000000/10
Nah, I'm just kidding. Everyone should read this and follow it to the letter. People work really hard on their customs, sometimes weeks, and the least you can do is spend 5 minutes and reply with something intelligent.
No one can get better unless they are told what they did wrong, and futhermore, we don't want anyone getting big heads because they get a hundred "10000/10" replies.
Sit down, take a few minutes out of your busy day and write a full review.
Thanks HR for posting this.

Yup, if anyone wants good replys on their customs, they should leave good replys on others, Reply well or don't get replied to.

ok no worries, well i am guilty of these obviously shown by my example above.
I understand that all these guys work very hard on their customs and take alot of pride in them. I personally apologies for these if they werent appreciated and also in the future i will attempt to put more effort into my posts and give some more productive feedback.
Cheers for bringing this to my attention!

Thanks for posting this. Hopefully it will put a stop to the short replies. There's nothing more annoying than someone saying your custom is good or bad and not saying why or making suggestions.

Whilst i don't post in here much (i do browse through occasionally though) here's my problem with the new rule: Its hard. What can you say? I mean, I can understand making a decent post giving constructive criticism, but if someone posts something that actually is "flawless" then what can you post, except for "Pretty cool man. Looks good, nice work!"? I mean, lets say this is a custom: Lets pretend its a BAD custom (someone tried to make the above figure, but did it horribly): Now, lets pretend its a GOOD custom (someone tried to make the above figure, and it looks like its not a figure, but the actual person!) See? If a custom is perfect, all you can do is waffle on about every little detail, rehashing the same point over and over again. However, if theres one flaw about it, then its hard to make a decent post about said flaw. If you barely mention it, then you get docked posts for not making a lengthy post, and if you go on about it too much, its sure to make the customiser feel bad, because he'll feel that one little flaw is after ruining all of the work he put into an otherwise great custom. My post might not make any sense to some people here, but im sure some people will know what i mean. Well.. thats just how i feel about it anyway. But likei say, whilst i browse, i dont post here much

Apparently I'm going to have to make an example out of somebody... *sigh* That was obviously a joke. I've never responded to a custom with 10/10 or anything like that. I respect people's work much more than that and I dislike when people leave such replies on my work. But whatever.

But likei say, whilst i browse, i dont post here much That quote... Is perfectly fine.. because it's contributing to the discussion... because the person asked a question. The person also mentioned the colors being correct and the painting being smooth so there really isn't a problem with that reply... but in all honesty, how many customs are perfect? there is always something that someone can change.. even if it's minor. I also don't have a problem with overly positive criticism (obviously, they're not my favorite)... as long as it's not these one word responses.

i think this is a good idea hr2x .often people will make remarks in my threads such as "it sucks" "awesome!!11" "10/10" and im really kinda sick of it how am i supposed to know what i need to improve in if someone isnt telling me seriously, thats why we post customs to show and take criticism, to make us a better customizer in general. i get mad when people make those remarks and its mainly the same people if not group of people .thell leave that one remark and youll never see them on this board agian untill you make another custom ,and then theyll do it again .gets agrivating.it swings both ways people who leave smart @ss remarks and people who praise with 4 words or less.if you think its so good then why dont you tell me what you like about it instead of "OMfg IZT deH sHIz !!1!110/10000!!!1!"
thats all.

Who says he's mad? All customizers who put in hard work and time to only get replies saying "sweet" or "10/10" should be mad. Put some more thought into the reply. Thank you HR2X for posting this. I hated these comments for the longest time. Plus you should lay down the law and make some examples of people who are not taking you serious. Banlete? (maybe a lil extreme) LOL.
