Can I send a paypal payment to anyone in the world? I want to send like 15 bucks to a guy in Germany and I'm just wondering if I can do that through paypal...

ok but when I send the money do I send it in US currency and they just convert it or do I choose euros? Sorry I'm just not understanding this paypal thing... I might be intellectually- disabled my parents are looking into it

I believe it converts into the persons national currency.

You can pay both currency. The fact is, you'll pay different amounts depends on the exange rate at the moment you do the payment. You can pay more or less according to the exange rate. If you have to pay 10€ to an EU guy: Day #1: 1€ = $0.8 you'll pay $8 Day #2: 1€ = $0.9 you'll pay $9 if you decided to give directly €. If you have to pay $10. Pay in $. You'll always have to pay $10 ; that will not change. But the EU guy will get differents € amount depends on the exange rate. You pay $10: Day #1 he'll receive 12.5€ Day #2 he'll receive 11.1€ always $10 for you but the other guy receive less or more. ENJOY international joys
