the damn question has been answered. is anyone reading the other replies before they post their own? it's not even a highly rare figure so there is no reason to treat this question as if there is even a degree of mystery or uncertainty about it. yes, its a real japanese figure that came in a 2 pack with giant silva. end of discussion.

As the person who actually took that picture and put the figure on eBay, I must say that I thought I gave a pretty good description of the item in the auction itself, which should have answered all questions for the originator of this thread.
