Look at the mask. It's definitely not a "random guy on the street." There is a very early set photo that is reference for you.
It's been confirmed that it's from the prologue.

I clearly didnt say "it is a random guy" I said it could be it is the back of a person holding a clown mask, how that is relevant or deserves its own thread I have no clue I mean that anyone could be holding that mask it doesnt have to be heath and it certainly isnt a good picture. |
