I am happy about him being in this movie, but if he does the other two as well and drops out of future Batman films I will cry like a little girl.

Christian Bale = Good.
McG as director = not so good.

From "The rumors have raged for the past few weeks but Hollywood Insider can now confirm that Christian Bale is set to star in the Terminator reboot...Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins. No official word yet on what role Bale will play in the film, which McG is directing and Halcyon is producing for Warner Bros. One source tells HI that the story line is a big departure from the originals starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. Details are being kept so close to the vest that only a very few people have read the last ten pages of the script. All we know is that Bale is one valuable commodity to those folks at Warners. (A studio spokesperson had no comment, other than to say that Salvation isn't set yet, meaning it has not been officially greenlit.)" |

Gottta love Bale he hasnt done a bad movie yet. I am watching harsh times as I type here. Him and Leo Dicaprio are like the modern day nicholson and de niro as far as acting skill goes.

I hope this one is better then the third one... Eventhough it had my boy Arnold in it, nothing could have saved the story and directing, it was awful, I thought. I'm a huge Terminator fan I love everything about it, thats why I was so crushed to see how bad the third was  I don't know how I feel about this one, If bale really is in this one, i'd rather him be a fully grown John Connor than a Terminator. I may sound like an idiot for this but who is McG? ..::(Edit)::.. (I just looked him up on IMDB.com. eh, I don't know what to think about this guy, I guess we'll find out)I guess anything could be better then Mostow... I wish Cameron would come back and kick this series back into gear. You know what? Thats what I want for Christmas... Is for James Cameron to come back to direct the new Terminators lol. I can't wait to watch The Sarah Connors Chronicles! The promos on fox are getting me excited. |
