Mine's stereotypical but I've always picked Stairway to Heaven's solo. There's a certain magic to it, I can't really explain it honestly. Jimmy Page just proves he's one of the all time greats with that one.

"Wanted Dead or Alive" by Bon Jovi... after singing this song about like 1000 times in the past few months, I have just taken a big liking to the solo. I wouldn't even consider Sambora in my top 10 guitarists, he probably falls in the 12-15 range... but all of his solos are short, sweet and to the point... really fit the flow of the songs.
