I thought it was a pretty decent show. Linda Cardellini's pretty cute....

Paul Feig is far more than just a director of a couple of episodes of "Weeds". He was clearly listing the things he liked that the actors have done. I'm sure more people know Jason Segel from How I Met Your Mother than his forgettable role in Knocked Up.

Actually, I was listing popular things that the people have done since, in contrast to the show they all worked on that got cancelled after a season. I don't watch How I Met Your Mother, I refuse to watch shows with laugh tracks, so I wouldn't know anything about that. I'm a movie guy that watches well made shows. Not sitcoms.

So no sitcom is well-made? HIMYM is not one of my top shows, but its much better than Freaks and Geeks. Oh no, it has a laugh track though, that means it has to suck. But I'm not going to bother having a debate about those two shows with you. I will say that CBS sitcoms are the highest-rated on TV, excluding Samantha Who (which is absolutely awful).

Oh, I've watched How I Met Your Mother, I just couldn't stand to watch it for more than 10 minutes, so I wouldn't know much about it. It might be funny, but most shows that have to tell you where to laugh aren't.
Meanwhile, more than 5 people in this thread have agreed Freaks and Geeks is one of the greatest shows ever made, so it all comes down to opinion. Yours just sucks.

Let me know this scale you utilize, because I'm extremely interested in it. Freaks and Geeks was cancelled because few people watched it. HIMYM is still on the air because a lot of people watch it. So, using your genius logic the number of people's opinions outweighs the number of people opinion's who like Freaks and Geeks. So by your own logic, your opinion would suck.

A lot of people voted for George Bush last election, we can all see how that worked out. I mean, a few months back he had the lowest poll ratings of any US president, which means the majority of people that voted for him changed their opinion. Using the mass public opinion as a basis for backing up your own is not the best idea. But hey, it doesn't seem like you have many ideas at all, so go figure.
And my statement was sarcasm, since no one's opinion can suck any more than one another. In my opinion, your opinion sucks. I'm sure in your opinion, my opinion sucks. That's why everyone has a different one.

Samm Levine and John Francis Daley are eating out of dumpsters, sadly. Judd should put them in his next movie, or atleast JFD 'cause he's my favorite F&G character that's not named Ken Miller.

I'm pretty sure John Francis Daly is doing alright, he was on Boston Public, The Geena Davis Show, Waiting, Regular Joe, Kitchen Confidential, and now he's on Bones. Sure, none of these are extremely successful, but at least he's getting paychecks. Samm Levine however, has only gotten bit parts here and there.

I don't give a damn about my reputation!!! Yeah, absolutely tremendous. My friend Brandon forced me to watch the complete season a few months ago and I do not regret it. I just fell in love with it immediately. Great storylines and great acting. Just an overall excellent show that got screwed by the networks.

I got a couple of disc's from Netflix before I ended my account. What I watched of it I really dug, and I want to pick up the series set.
But before I pick that up I need Undeclared, another highly underrated show in my opinion.

Eh, I've tried watching it multiple times, I usually barely get through the first 4 episodes before I get sick of the tired, cliche college jokes. Not to mention its not realistic, it's about a super nerdy guy chasing a super hot girl that is basically a fanboys wet dream because she's nice, caring, and actually likes everything nerdy.

You make a valid point, but for some odd reason I really dug it. Then again if I tried to watch it now I might hate it. I have not seen an episode since is was running on Fox.

I think the other reason I didn't like the show was because I watched it right after I got done watching Freaks and Geeks, so it was like ultimate comparison time.
