That's the saddest thing about the system. Everyone has to tout that it's the cheapest blu ray player on the market. As a game player, big ing deal. It's a matter of time before the games roll out, but don't try and convince me that because it's a Blu Ray player that it's a fantastic purchase at this point in time. Well you could just get the Xbox 360 Elite for a Couple of bucks more.. If you bought it for games than you would just have to wait, at the moment theres plenty of games to play anyways most people just don't bother to look for them. I know people didn't ask for the Blu-Ray player, but Sony felt it was needed for both the HD Experience and Disk Size, Trust me in the future having a Blu-Ray Drive in the PS3 will pay off, I really think GTA4 will be a great example since Rockstar will have a huge amount of space to work with, unlike the Xbox 360 where you're using an Old Format disk which can only hold around 8GB, If your going to do a game like GTA4 then 8GB is not enough. That's all well and good, but Rockstar has gone on record and said that GTA4 is being tailor made for the 360 and ported over to the PS3.

Just game system with good graphics and blu-ray, and is a dust magnet. It should come with a Swiffer And some orange-glo.
