Brent Albright and Eugene. Both very good technical wrestlers that they dropped the ball with.

Brent Albright for sure The man had some amazing matches in OVW (his match against CM Punk and Ken Doane, is easily one of the best triple threats Ive ever seen) and couldve been a huge draw for WWE, why they released him is beyond me. "Gunner Something?" A huge draw?

Ultimo Dragon, one of the biggest legendstars in this business, was reduced to Velocity levels after a very short time. Vince assumed he was exactly like Rey and wanted another Rey to draw the crowds in, but Ultimo is far more of a good wrestler than a luchadore and clearly that wasn't good enough for the WWE. In the end he actually walked out of the WWE, never to return again, although there was some talk of him returning without the mask, but that's stupid because pretty soon he'd be Funaki's double in WWE.
Rhyno was always losing matches despite being billed as an unstoppable machine.
Scotty Too Hotty had been in WWE long enough to get a push IMO, and although his forte was tag team matches if they'd used him right he could have been US Champ or Cruiserweight at the very least.
Mike Awesome was used atrociously, to the point where he didn't last much beyond the Invasion angle.
Kronic wrestled in an infamous match at Unforgiven 2001, but having not wrestled any matches before hand in WWE, they didn't really have a clue what they were doing, refused to train and were ultimately released. I think WWE misused them but they had themselves to blame moreso.
Currently, Steven Richards used to be seen as a joke, but ever since he became part of the new ECW he has started to get a lot stronger, both as a character and physically. I believe that if they use him right (since there are technically no jobbers on ECW anyway because the roster is so small now they got rid of all originals but Dreamer and Richards), he could be ECW champion soon. Of course if the human ninja turtle Lashley has anything to say about it, that might be tougher for Richards than previously expected.

Oh geez, there are so many, but the one that comes to mind right off the bat is The Ultimo Dragon. My God, WWE wasted him away. I mean, he didn't even hold any title during his tenure with WWE. Not Cruiserweight or anything. It was terrible that they put the Cruiserweight belt on people such as Jacqueline and Chavo Classic over Ultimo. Other wasted talent/potential would be: Luther Reigns, Mark Jindrak, Sean O'Haire, Rob Conway, Nick Dinsmore, Tyson Tomko, Maven, Jerry Lynn, Tajiri, Muhammad Hassan, Angel Williams, Trinity, Bill DeMott, Raven, Justin Credible, A-Train, Diamond Dallas Page, Al Snow, Luna Vachon, Nidia, Rhyno, and many others. Is that you, Tenay?

Christian was jusy getting his proper Singles Career push around May 2005, with his Captain Charisma Gimmick and Fan base, it was a shame to see him go then.
Val Venis and Kane are mis-used considerably, and Santino Marella should have had his Boris Alexiv Russian Gimmick for sure.
Diamond Dallas Page could easily have been one of the Top Heel World Heavyweight Champions in the WWE too.
Ultimo Dragon could have been around longer.
One thing to clear up though, I don't see how anyone can say Chris Jericho was lost potential. Just because they released him and people want him back, doesn't mean that the WWE didn't use him to his Full Potential. He was the first ever Undisputed Champion, had many Intercontinental Title Reigns, Main Evented Wrestlemania and Summerslam and countless other PPV's, and was never short of being around the WWE Championship Picture.

- Raven (Talented wrestler with an even better gimmick, but not WWE-bred) - Shelton Benjamin (Technician w/o a lot of mic skills -- overlooked) - Matt Morgan (Reminded me of a young Undertaker) - Nathan Jones (Never given a chance) - Carlito (Needs to be given more of a chance to shine) - Tommy Dreamer (Probably one of the most underrated on the roster -- but not WWE-bred.) - Stevie Richards (Given a lot less credit than he deserves -- not WWE bred) - Sean O Haire (The Devil's Advocate gimmick was gold, WWE dropped the ball there -- not WWE-bred.) - Ultimo Dragon (One of the most talented names in Japan and WCW becomes a bonified jobber -- not WWE bred) - Val Venis (Come on, how long has this guy been around, more importantly what does he have to show for it? Sad.) - Christian (WWE didn't realize what they had -- TNA's all the better for it.) - Rhyno (Same as Christian, not WWE-bred.) - Chris Jericho (Sure he was Undisputed champ, but we all know they could've done soooo much more with him. Again, not WWE-bred.) - Kane (Only one World Title reign lasting around 24 hours, a glorified jobber ever since losing the mask. Truly a shame.)

Johnny Stamboli could have had a successful career on Smackdown, or eventually ECW. He was a powerhouse, had a great look, and could have been decent on the mic.
I think WWE had a chance at a top heel years ago with Dupree, they failed to put the U.S. title on him right when he broke out of the La Resistance connection and became the French Phenom.

How about Hakushi?? Man, talk about talent. Hakushi a.k.a. Jinsei Shinzaki, had a ton of talent, but he arrived in the WWF about 3-4 years too early before his time. He would fit in so well now, especially with all the cruiserweights and stuff.
I can't believe he never held a title in the WWF while he was there. Would've made a great Intercontinental champion at that time.

I don't understand how people are saying Jericho was not used correctly. He was the world and heavyweight champion at the same time. What more could he have done.

Enough Said....... He came to WWF ended Kurt Angles undefeated streak and after that, did nothing much but win the HC and Tag title.. He was the guy in ECW who broke necks, kicked ass and had and attitude to boot, oh yeah did I mention he didn't give a sh*t what the fans thought of him, then he comes to WWF and was made a joke of. He did end up a great color man on Smackdown and WWECW shows, but I really wish he was given a bigger push, christ he almost beat HHH for the world title on Raw!!!!!
