So Mike Knox was back on ECW TV on tuesday after being gone for MONTHS. The conspiracy theories in the back of my mind start thinkin that jakks paid wwe to put him on TV a couple times, in an effort to move all his SHELFWARMING figures, so they can stuff the next series in soon. We all know if a series breeds shelfwarmers, the stores order less of then next series, which is bad for jakks, and for us. So im glad knox came back, cuz I bet in a week or two, the 30 or so figs they have of him cloggin my shelves at TRU are half gone lol ;D

I've got ECW 2 in my stores.. Balls, Kelly Kelly, Joey Styles. I have only seen Mike Knox once.. never agian & now I regret not getting him  |

Yeah, you could be right. I always thought the same thing when WWE brought back the likes of "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, Kamala and Doink the Clown. I think they did that so they would get noticed on television and it would help push their CS action figures. It could all be speculation, but I think it's a strong possibility.

When I first found ECW 2, I bought only the divas. I went back a few days later and all they had left was Elijah Burke and Joey Styles. I had to hunt down Mike Knox and Balls Mahoney. So in response to your question/observation:
No, I do not believe Mike Knox was brought back so he wouldn't warm shelves. I believe he was brought back because all of WWE's talent is currently injured, suspended for drugs, fired for other dumb reasons, whatever happened to Monty Brown or dead. I thought Knox had an injury which kept him on the shelf for a while and now seems the best time for him to come back since, you know, the WWE roster went from about 100 active guys down to 30.
Plus, you know, the shelf warmer in my area for ECW 1 was (and still is) Kevin Thorn, who has pretty much always had an active role on WWECW. So I don't think that has much to do with it either. People probably bought Knox for customs or fear he'd be fired/it'd be his only figure.
Here's the real question of the year to ponder. How does it make sense that Umaga is suspended for buying steroids and WWE wants to set an anti-drug policy, so they give the IC Title to the poster boy for l.s.d. Jeff Hardy? Oh, I guess it's okay to do drugs so long as it's not so much in the public eye. Somebody should seriously get Jeff Hardy some help!

joey styles and elijah burke warm shelves around here. i dont see knox ever.
i got the knox fig. i like it. mike knox doesnt get the "love" that he should
he could be main eventing ECW soon.

I have Knox quality figure but i think mine is a little screwed his leg on the left seems rather loose so I think I will need to buy a new un it will be easy to find other here i hope  |
