I got into a fight 4 years ago where this kid hit me from behind so i kicked his ass infront of about 50 or so people and i had 3-4 witnesses that said he started the entire thing and none of it was my fault.

Anyway he got suspended for 3 days and so did i and my mum once she found out the story thought punishing me for protecting myself was silly so i pretty much got to hang out at home for 5 days (I got suspended on the Wednesday)

It was really silly of the school to suspend me for simply striking him 2-3 times i should of been let go because 2-3 days beforehand some other kid kicked his ass for picking on me too and the school knew he was starting fights.

Also as for the original poster:

It's cool that you didnt fight back. The kid got suspended and is probably in alot of trouble from the school and his parents i don't see the point in pressing charges unless he has done something that will physically effect you years from now in the workplace...If not i'd say leave it because he will probably wanna get you back if you involve police.

it happened because this crazy latino guy was trying to put his hands down this girl i knew- she was 14. there was a baseball game that day and there were bats everywhere. i told the guy to stop his crapand he spit in my face.
