No Wal-Marts in NYC. I don't even know if there are any Targets either. Get some hot dogs at Gray's Papaya. For a really good dessert, find a nice lady standing on a corner near Time Square and ask her for a "Blumpkin". There is a Target in Queens.

American fast food is the same as English fast food. All our big franchises are over there. The soft drinks taste different here than from over there though.
If you're going to really see America you have to go to Vegas. No one on the planet does decadence better than Americans and no where in America does American style decadence like Vegas.

I went to NY last year, it's a great place to go. Great places to visit and do include: -TRU Times Square -Statue of Liberty try and get passes to go up it -Ground Zero: WTC -Empire State Building -Rockefeller Centre observation deck (better than empire state) -Yankee Stadium -Subway (just typical NY thing -Time Sqaure -China Town (canal street) -The greyline sightseeing bus is great (loops one) -Bridges such as the Brooklyn -Might want to see Wall street -Museum of natural history (is boring not like the movie Night at the Museum if thats what your thinking) -Guggenheim Museum (art) also MOMA
Plenty of things to do just avoid Harlem (BDVs hometown).

Right, I'm fufilling a dream this October by going to New York City, a place I've been begging to go to since I was 10, now 8 years later and it's finally happening. I'm from England and have never been to America, so I have some questions to ask to you kind people: Where is there to go for WWE/TNA figures? Which places are worth seeing? Where's the nearest Walmart/Kmart/Target so I can go get some Lucky Charms cereal Also which is the best fast food place to visit? Thanks for your help. ha, and you act excited ,i personally am not a fan of america in fact my bands name is anti-american americans so i will just stop with that

You can bash it all you want, but America is still the world's only super power. and the only country ran by a country hick that cant even talk with out it coming out backwards And the only country where idiots like you can listen to some anti-American rock song and think you're all political and such. As for the guy that said there's no nice people in NYC, he talking out his ass. NYPD were particularly helpful, as were, believe it or not, some of the homeless.

Avoid brooklyn, although it has its nice places you dont want to go there. Avoid bronx, avoid jamaica in queens, queens village, I lived in Flushing its ncie there second china town, Mainly just stick to manhattan AVOID HARLEM FROM STREETS 85 and UP AVOID!!!!YOU WILL BE BUNKED IN THE SNOUSERS IF YOU GO THERE!!! Times square is where all the phone is man you gotta go see the TRU in times square! oh yea no nice people in NY everyone will walk all over you, your not in kansas anymore...i mean england Hey hows england its funny cause its MY DREAM to go to England and im from NY so yea how is it???!?! Thanks for your replies, you's have helped alot. Is they any places I need to avoid? Like rough places? England is a real nice place, you have to watch yourself at night time, keep in to the well lit up places, as they's yobs and dodgy teenagers about, who can commit all kinds of debauchery, so I wouldn't get involved if you see a suspicious looking gang. But the cities and towns are really nice, the people are polite, civil and just great, you still get the odd few ignorant people, but most places are like that. Oh, and bring plenty of cash with you, as England is a very very expensive country to live in, it's near $10 for a large McDonalds, and it isn't that big, and petrol is like $2.10 a litre, so you need to have plenty of money if/when you do come . I hope you make it and fufill your dream dude. Undietaker, I doubt customs officers will raise eyebrows at toys, it's not like they're dangerous or anything.
